The property was great! It was everything that we needed for our trip up to CDA. The Host was very communicative and friendly. We will definitely be staying there again.

This house has a lot of space to spread out but is still cozy. Glen was the best host. I had mentioned that we had a not so good experience the first time we used VRBO so he called at about 5pm (an hour after check-in) and made sure we had no issues. He to contact him if we needed anything, which we didn't but nice to know we could have if we needed to. My only suggestion to him would be to have a couple extra towels on hand. Not a big deal because I just had all of the guys take their showers then I washed them for the other wife and I and the guys next showers since we were there for 4 days. Glen had laundry soap available along with everything we needed in the kitchen. Lots of parking available and the neighborhood was so nice and quite. We joked that we did not hear sirens, shootings or speeding cars like we were all used to hearing.

Our group was large enough to fill each bed in the house. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, plates, pots, pans, etc. None of use had issues with lack of hot water, but we also tried to stagger shower times to avoid that. Great location with quick access to grocery stores and gas stations.

We enjoyed our stay at the house. There was plenty of room with the downstairs and the upstairs for four of us to spread out. The house was clean and stocked well! Glen made the process a breeze! Would definitely stay again

Our stay was amazing! The house had everything we needed. Plenty of space for everyone! We planned a trip to silverwood and the location was great and not a bad drive to and from! The hot water lasts forever and with 7 people thats a huge bonus! Glen was amazing with communication and quick to help! Will definitely try to stay here again on the next trip!

The house was clean and comfortable. Our family was able to use this well kept home for a central base for all our activities. Check-in and out was super easy. Communications were easy and pleasant. All the basics were available for cooking meals including outdoor BBQ. My only issue was one sleeping arrangement was listed as sofa/futon but was definitely not a futon which I was counting on for a good sleep. I'm sure if I had talked to owner sooner that would have been made clear. All other beds were quite comfortable and our overall experience was great.

Communication with owners was excellent. Quick and kind. House was immaculate. Had everything we needed plus the surprise of an apple tree in the back yard. Our youngsters thoroughly enjoyed the pumping table in the garage. Location was prime for our purpose. 1 mile from real life fields for the idaho high school 4 soccer championship

We had passes for Silverwood and this location was perfect! Glenn was so accommodating and kind in all his emails. Lovely home and the pillows are super comfortable (rare in VRBO homes is my experience) So thankful to have found this gem!

This house was very comfortable and perfect for our group (2 adults and 4 kids). In hindsight we probably could have gotten a hotel because we spent every waking moment at Silverwood theme park although the kids loved having the space in the odd time.

This is a great home in a very quiet neighborhood. Very close to shopping, movies and activities. Home was very clean and had tons of fun games in the evenings. Property owner was amazing to work with and answered any questions very quickly! If you are looking for a home for a larger group this is the place!

Great layout, spacious basement, upstairs slightly smaller but pictures are accurate! Every thing is nice and clean. Beds are comfortable, as are recliners. One thing I would change is central A/C. It’s was a hot day when we arrived and even with the window units on it was still 80 degrees inside. Regardless, we loved it and will be booking when we visit again❤️

We had clear communication with the property owner. The house was very clean and well kept. We had a issue with the lock that Glen was able to correct immediately. I hesitate to rate the location, as we were in town visiting family, and basically using the property as a place to shower and sleep. With that being said, we received no weird vibes, or felt in any danger in any way. Our family, both those who stayed at the property, and who we were visiting would both recommend the property!

My family of 6 stayed here, with 2 children and 2 teenagers. The 2 teenagers shared a room and everyone else had their own space. It is a nice updated home with everything neatly organized and accessible. The owner & property managers went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including stopping by to drop off fans for each bedroom when I asked if there were any avaialable!
