Sleep Inns have become one of my favorite hotel chains to look for when searching online. They are almost always newer, clean, and have a better than average breakfast offering and seating area.

This is my go to stop for when I travel this way. Super clean place, room layout was great, and staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Loved the cleanliness and the SUPER comfy bed! I was really surprised how amazing the bed was!! Slept deep every night. The staff was kind. The coffee was actually good, but lukewarm, and a bit weaker than I like. It was a clean place, which I really appreciated. The reception accommodated my elderly mom with arthritic knees by changing our room on the 2nd floor to ground floor, since they don't have an elevator. Major plus for that!! The hotel was fully booked.
Ok, so my standards on breakfast might be a little high, compared to many Americans. I live in Europe where bread is a major thing, including freshly prepared meals. American standard seems to be packaged, processed bread, processed boxed cereal, powdered eggs, just all around processed, non-food items that somehow get consumed anyway. If you are ok with processed food, then breakfast here will be fine. Most people I saw were excited to make their own waffles with prepared waffle batter, but given the general processed vibe, I didn't trust it, so I can't say for sure on those. But the breakfast was very basic, and mostly processed, unless you are happy to eat a banana. But I think the standard fair was normal for Americans, (because a week later I stayed in a very expensive hotel in Leavenworth with my family, and the breakfast there was really gross, but looked fancy-- fake, vegan powdered eggs, non-dairy whipped cream, things like that, and everyone was eating it anyway.) So I have a thing for fresh food, and nobody else seems to care. Anyway, so I didn't eat breakfast at this hotel, except take my own rolled oats and soak them in hot water. That was fine with me and I found the hotel, even without breakfast, to be a good value for the money!! I recommend this hotel.

The room was nice, with a queen bed that was very comfortable. The bathroom was large with a nice walk-in shower, with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available in dispensers, as well as hand lotion.
I was on the ground floor in room 112, which was near the laundry room, dining area, and swimming pool, and right next to a flight of stairs going up to the second floor. Every time the staircase was used I could hear every footstep and every suitcase being pulled up or down those stairs, in addition to kids running up and down. There was no elevator, so that was the main access to the second floor. It would be nice to have an elevator to get to the second floor. I would not recommend this room to anyone.
