The staff was always cleaning the property

I arrived between 9-10pm for check-in, and the staff appeared to be very busy but were super friendly and tried to check me in quickly and courteously. The room was clean and comfortable, but the sink did not drain well and one outlet was not in use by the bedside table (cover was off, outlet box was loose). This was a bit concerning. There were a bunch of rooms with doors propped open, too, which I guess was for cleaning and/or verifying the work was done, but as a guest this felt uncomfortable to have so many rooms just hanging open in the hallway. Other than those two things, it was a good place to stop during a drive cross country, relatively affordable, nice breakfast selection (more hot food options than most other free breakfast hotels), and the parking was easy/plentiful.

Bathroom floor was leaking fluids through the vinyl cracks. Appliances weren't working, breakfast were serve cold (which is why I tried to heat it up in the microwave but it wasn't working and then I asked the front desk simply to be told "doesn't work."...) Staff would yell down the hall at each other regardless of time of day from 9[m to as early as 4am I will not stay here again and I do not recommend for anyone who wants to relax or have a hot breakfast accommodations.
