Nice clean and comfortable

It's right off the freeway easy to find. New beds brand new big screen smart TVs. You do need to have subscriptions to some of the apps however they do have free TV programs.

In the lobby, all the aromatics were hard for my allergies.

Location

Property was not clean. Shower curtain was literally torn in multiple places hanging be thread. When you pulled the shower curtain that is all you could see. Vanity sink wouldn’t drain. No receipt at check in, due to printer errors. At checkin there was pride about the breakfast included with room. 30 Minutes past when breakfast was supposed to be served the area was still dark and another guest warned me not to get any coffee, that it was from last night. We didn’t care much about having breakfast but we always look for fresh coffee in the mornings. Wouldn’t make this a recommendation to anyone for lodging options.

Clean, comfy, and seemed safe. Good value for this area.

At times, I could hear noise from other rooms. I could also smell food from other rooms. I wish the shower would get hotter.

First impression.

Convenient. Right off I-90. Gas station, restaurant, mini mall within walking distance. I always enjoy Red Lion. Was in Spokane area for State AAU basketball tournament and it was super convenient. Love the area. Room was as expected. Parking was not an issue. Price was great.

The few things that were a negative for me were the front desk guy. I pushed the service bell twice. Stood at the front desk almost five minutes. Upon walking out of the back room after his conversation was finished. There was literally no personality. Never said Hi, never said enjoy your stay, here is the WiFi, continental breakfast is served this time, dont mind the dog barking in the next room...Yada Yada Yada. All he said was, your room is downstairs down the hall. I will always remember his baseball hat. Not professiona. In my opinion. Maybe it was the weather that day.

Amazing stay and felt safe ! Quit and had good night rest for my travels the next day !!

Staff was friendly ! Easy check in ! Very clean ! I am female and concerned traveling alone !! they accommodated me as far as room and safety !! I would visit again !!

Disappointing

The price point was about the only upside to the place.

Rooms could use some work. Bed sheets looked like they had been on the bed for a few quest. Blankets had burn marks on them. And it smelt like smoke in the building. The free breakfast is just cereal, and waffles didn't see anything else, but that's not a big deal to me. And the beds were hard as a rock.

The bedroom very comfortable shower has good water pressure

To be honest the staff made me feel uncomfortable I was reading their guest requirements and it made me feel like I couldn't make a peep I work a short shift between 1:00 and 3:00 it was nice when I got back everybody was asleep I could hear the people walking above me very heavily and late at night just seemed like a very unfriendly Motel

I had mention in my notes that my travel companion had a hard time walking. We’re first assigned a room upstairs. 😩 We should have been assigned a handicap unit.

old hotel, stale smoke smell but super nice staff.

the room is equipped with a ring TV.

this place is old, still has that smoke smell. they have a cat that lives in the hotel and u can smell pets. the bathrooms are super small. caulking around shower is cracked and looks like it was just painted over. The bed was not comfortable, if u like pillowed bring your own. the pillowed are also small and don’t fluff up really well.

Superb

Staff and dog yard. Good coffee

Wife/proprietor was extremely nice and cordial. Her husband was a "stick in the mud ", has no personality and I think his face would crack if he attempted to smile . Both from India with two small kids on site.

Short and sweet

Breakfast was waffles cereal muffins or donuts. The coffee was very good. The staff was very helpful! The hotel was located at a major crossroads handy to most of PostFalls. And yet the traffic sounds were not noticeable to this rural person.

Whoever cleaned this room didn’t clean behind the doors.

More pride in cleanliness would be great the motel cost to much to look like a low budget motel.

My room was great #218 but the other room I got for my brother #211 was disgusting!!!!! Black grease marks all over from the floor to the chair, shower, and headboard. Big yellow stain on the sheets!! Super nasty and where the walls meet the floor all the way around the room were filthy with dust and dog hair.

The carpets were old, stained and worn. the vanity sink and countertop were rusty and worn. The bedding was marginal.
