Looking for a unique and luxurious Kauai getaway with incredible views and a pool? Tired of the crowds in Hanalei? Escape to a bluff overlooking Anini Beach and Kalihiwai Bay! If you are not familiar with this part of the North Shore, Anini Beach is a long stretch of sandy beach that is reef protected and great for kids, Kalihiwai Bay is a 10 minute walk from the house to Kalihiwai river access where you can wade or paddle board to the bay. Kalihiwai river is excellent for paddling up river to the falls. Come enjoy the less crowded, beautiful beaches in Kilauea.
Venture up the private drive and discover Hale 'O Lalani, situated on 1.7 acres atop a bluff overlooking Anini beach and Kalihiwai Bay providing incredible views to the blue Pacific and the lush green Kalihiwai Valley. The home boasts 2400 sq. ft of living space with views from almost every room in the home. The primary suite has newly installed A/C and is located on one side of the house and has ocean views from bed and bath. On the other side of the home is a media room with apple tv, a queen bedroom and a double twin bedroom that share a full bathroom. All of the bedrooms feature premium bedding and pillows. There is a great flow to the house with a large great room with views off both sides of the house. Large, fully stocked kitchen for home cooked meals. Formal dining area opens out to the back lanai with a Weber gas grill and expansive private yard. On the lower level is a workspace with printer and high speed internet, a secondary living area with tv, queen bed, and 3rd bathroom. From the lower lanai it’s just a few steps to the inviting pool.

Our property was ideal! From views, to spotlessly clean, lovely decor and recent paint, fully stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need to prepare meals and great location. An easy walk to the beach, we were able to use the many water toys that were available and enjoyed the beach chairs when we drove to other beaches. Views out the front door were open to see the mountains. Out the back was the ocean. Many hours were spent on the sectional all spread out reading and waiting for the weather to clear so we could jump in the ocean that we were watching for our comfy post. Fabulous layout of the property with a separate room to watch tv room and bedroom downstairs.
Our manager Krisha was SO helpful. She was understanding and helpful with my hacked credit card . When a mysterious alarm came on and the internet went down she was over within a 1/2 hour and didn't leave until it was working, and it was not an easy fix. She responded very quickly when we were setting up the reservation and very reliable for answering questions.

My family and I had the best stay in Kauai at this house. A beautiful location near beaches with amazing views of the mountains and ocean! Plenty of seperation space and communial space for all. Definitely a place to stay at again next time we visit Kauai.

The home exceeded our expectations. The views of both the Ocean and interior of Kauai are worth the stay alone, and the pictures do not do it justice. The house is exceptionally clean and way more than enough room for the two of us. The app with helpful information is also a nice touch. The only negative is that they are building a home on the property next door and some days there is heavy machinery noise from late mornings through the afternoon, but really a non-issue if you are out and about (they never worked prior to 1030 am). The home is very private and secluded, and the pool is perfect for a quick dip or sunbathing. The backyard is fantastic for watching the wildlife and has plenty of room to roam around. Would recommend to anyone interested!

Fabulous location, great home, lots of water sport equipment. This is the place if you like a little solitude and want a luxurious home experience.
