Take an afternoon to visit Mustang Island State Park -- explore the Mustang Island Paddling Trail, discover five miles of pristine coastline, and bird watch at this stunning locale. Back at your vacation getaway, the main living area is equipped with a large smart TV and a sofabed while the game room features a foosball table and arcade consoles for some friendly competition. Prepare tasty meals in the kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of appliances, then enjoy the fruits of your labor at the table together. The fenced patio is furnished with its own table and loungers if you or your guests decide to dine alfresco. Savor a crisp beverage on your private balcony as you take in the peekaboo Gulf views. During your stay, be sure to go for refreshing swims in the all-season, heated (to at least 85 degrees Fahrenheit) community pool. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Stayed here during Thanksgiving week, with children and aging grandparents. The first floor large master is perfect for the elderly who cannot climb stairs, while the second floor game room and bunk beds are perfect for the Little’s. And let’s not forget the sandwiches parents who can escape to the second floor balcony for either coffee or wine and a great beach view. The kitchen was well stocked there were plenty of bath and beach towels provided. No complaints about the property at all. I do complain about the unknowledgeable Vacasa agents. As we were having our Thanksgiving meal away from home, I took care to verify all the kitchen supplies that would be provided so that I would know what I would have to bring from home. The (3 different) agents responded that some of the most basic items were not available (cutting board, knives, mixing bowls, etc). This was surprising but I couldn’t make a change at this point and just brought all the missing supplies with me. I was pleasantly surprised that the kitchen ended up being well stocked but it would have been nice not to haul so much stuff to the VRBO having received we accurate information. The 3rd agent in the email chain even addressed me by the name of the the name of the first agent who helped me, clearly paying little attention at all to the customer or the request.

Great location! Super cute decor, fun game room. However, only 1 roll of toilet paper upstairs (1 bunk bed and 1 queen bed as well as the game room). We had to steal a roll from the master bath. Only 4 washcloths in upstairs bath, but 8 in the master bathroom, so we had to borrow some from there. The ceiling fan remote in the bunk room had no battery (it was the only light source), so we had to buy a $10 battery so my kids could have a light in their room. It was an odd size battery. They also scheduled A/C and other maintence during our stay, so we had a strange man smelling of pot wanting access to the entire house while we were staying there. We had no issues, so we aren’t sure why they were there. I recommend the house, but the management company is not recommended. The house was very clean, but smelled very strongly of cleaner for the 1st day or two.

This is a very cute place! Looks just like the pictures. It is close to the beach but not as close as we had thought for my 73 year old mom to walk. But the rest of us could’ve walked it easily. There is a bit of an ocean view from the upstairs balcony. The place was really nice though and close to some good food!

we ended up with extra people joining us and there was PLENTY of room for everyone to comfortably stay! the video games were a huge hit! the unit was clean & roomy although the parking is adequate it was a little tight, but we managed. the pool was a lot smaller than it appeared in the pictures.
