The cndo was very clean.The kitchen was well equipped.Everything was in working order. The woven chairs at the dinning room table are a little uncomfortable and the dryer took a little longer to dry than I'm normally used to. Some extra lighting in back would be helpful but none of these small issues are deal breakers for me.

Location was about 1/4-1/2 mile walk to beach. Easily tad enough parking for 3 vehicles which was a big plus. Facility was not overly crowded so you could enjoy the pool. The place had all the things we needed. Only couple downsides were the bathrooms were a little small and the beds were a little more firm than we like. All in all it was a great location, in a new spot and at a condo that was great for what we needed. Would stay there again.

Over all, the place was wonderful to stay at. Clean, quiet enough and overall pleasant stay.The only issues we had was 1 the mattress was a little frim for me and I still think there is a problem with the dish washer as you have to keep on trying to set it to get it to start working.

We definitely enjoyed our stay in the condo managed by Padre Island Escapes of Corpus Christi, Texas. The location was almost ideal and the accommodations were very nice. It was clean! It was spacious enough!!And it was well maintained!!! The only negative would have to be the less than acceptable maintenance of the pool. Someone had broken some styrofoam in the pool and dozens of the particles were in the water for the entire time we were in the condo. I looked for a fine mesh/screen type apparatus to collect the particles and other debris in the pool but found none. I keep one handy near our pool at home in an effort to guarantee that small stuff doesn’t render our pool too messy to enjoy without having to worry about the annoyance!! Other than that concern, we would not hesitate recommending it to other families!!One other recommendation: supply a better grade of toilet paper. It should be a grade commensurate with the level of your rental fee!!! Easily two grades higher!

Beautiful spacious place
Our stay was great! We have a family of 14 and we all fit. Everything there to cook, kitchen stocked with pots and pans, utensils, paper towels, dish towels, dishwasher detergent, and trash bags. The place was nice and cool in the Texas heat. The back patio was very large and the large picnic table was large enough for 10. The outside shower was ideal after the beach to wash off all the sand. The only complaint I would have would be that there was roaches in the kitchen and the water pressure was very low. We could barely shower in the upstairs master shower. Other than that our stay was perfect! We will be back.

We had a great time but didn't care much for the town home.. There were 4 couples..Didn't like the fact that you had to go thru the Master bedroom to get to the patio. The bathrooms were really small. We couldn't get the dishwasher to start..Its a nice place but just isn't somewhere I would stay again.

Terrible management...
Blood and hair on pillows (4) and on comforters and sheets upon arrival, half all the outside furniture broken and un-useable, light bulbs out, kitchen utilizes dirty and food still in spatula, downstairs master bedroom bed from Motel 6, Been Better sleeping on the floor. Ants welcomed us on the beds upon arrival. This place was dirty inside and out, priced like a 5 star when actually only 1-2 stars. Pictures available upon request for proof.

Padre Island Family Vacation
We traveled by car with our youngest son from Chicago, Illinois. We gathered our oldest son and daughter in law In Addison our daughter, her boyfriend, two oldest grandkids their significant other and our brand new great-granddaughter (3 weeks) in San Antonio and headed to the coast for our beach vacation while trying to stay safe from Covid-19 especially with a new baby. The condo/house was perfect for our needs and comfort. Very close to the beach and other things to do.

The property was clean. Great location. The refrigerator water dispenser did not work (Maintenance came out and a filter was needed but they did not have on hand). The dishwasher did not work. We tried washing it three times but never came clean. When I called in to report it I was told it was a known issue and a new dishwasher was to be installed. Cigarette butts were all over the patio prior to our arrival. It made me question the cleanliness of the property (Emily from Padre Escapes took care of my complaint quickly). The bathroom in upstairs by loft drained slow in both tub and sink. The patio furniture was rotten as well. One of the benches broke during our stay. I completely understand the weather conditions but the property needed to be check in on and updated. I still think that despite the few issues we had the property was overall a great property we would stay there again. It was a great location and perfect being on the end with a larger patio.

Upstairs is a little tight.
Once the upstairs couch is pulled out as a bed it is a very tight squeeze to get around it to both the bathroom and king bedroom. Other than the tight squeeze our stay was comfortable and relaxing. Short walk to the pool and the outside patio and shower were AMAZING!! We left the upstairs patio doors propped open to listen to the ocean at night. Make sure you bring your basic pantry essentials (foil, baggies, seasonings). Ocean access was absolutely ideal!! We came with a group of 11 and had a wonderful and comfortable stay. The property manager was super friendly!! We will be back!

Great week at Beach View
I rented this property for my family to spend a week at together. My Dad is handicapped and in a huge wheelchair. The bottom floor and master was spacious enough for him to get around comfortably. We did have a little bit of trouble transferring him from the vehicle to his chair and vice versa because of the rocks in the driveway and the backyard was not accessible to him. He did enjoy his stay and liked that the bathroom was large enough for him. The rest of my family loved the place. It is so close to Whitecap beach and good fishing at the packery channel jetty. It was a beautifully decorated house with plenty of space for our family. The pool was a nice size and enjoyable to hang out at all day when we needed a break from the beach. We will return to this property soon as we had a great family vacation. We do reccomend as handicapped accessible.
