We had a perfect spring break. The house had everything we needed. Kitchen fully stocked. The property was very clean. The island has a bit of a learning curve, but everyone is so nice and helpful. The water is the bluest of the blue and you can see it from the house. What a way to wake upEveryday. There is a small beach at the end of the road that is gorgeous and secluded. Very safe neighborhood.

We had an exceptional family vacation with much thanks to the great accommodations. We stayed for 8 nights with my two teenagers which gave us plenty of room, hot water and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully functional which we used significantly over the long stay too. The location of the property is literally perfect with it being just minutes from the airport but also located next to one of the world’s best beaches - 3 Sisters Beach. You can walk there which is about 1 mile from the front door or 3 minute car drive. There is another nearly private beach right out the front door which is a short walk. We snorkeled and swam both beaches the entire trip along with trips to others. We have a few committed exercisers and there is quiet road that allows for runners or walkers. Vacationer activity with early morning exercisers up and down the road. I was very appreciative of that since I like outdoor running. Running on main roads isn’t possible.We utilized our location to eat at the many nearby high quality restaurants in addition to the ones at Grand Isle resort. We liked Palapas which was a 7 minute drive and open to anyone. Being centrally located made it easy to run up to exuma water sports for our pigs beach trip and then to Tropic of Cancer Beach or Georgetown. This property is by far the best value on the island. Property management was exceptionally responsive. We can’t wait to return!

The view was beautiful! The home was clean but dated. The host was very accommodating, we were allowed to check in early, since no one was in the house right before us.The blinds could not be closed in the family room/kitchen area. Also, the lock on the door was very temperamental, we were worried that the lock was not going to work and we were going to be stuck in the house or not be able to get back in. Also, alot of the lights needed new light bulbs, we looked but could not find any.There was no manual on how to use the tvs, check in/out, etc. - which would have been nice to have.The main bathroom, you had to be careful and remember in the middle of the night that there is a step up or you could fall on the tile.It does look like they are working on the home, so I'm sure these minor inconveniences will be addressed.
