We had a large extended family come together for our mother's 90th surprise birthday party. Our host was friendly and amenable to early check-in and the house was large and able to keep a large span of age groups happy and busy. The only issues were mice in the house, an oven that didn't heat very well, and a toilet that plugged up.

This property was perfect for us! Amazing location, and so much space which allowed us to feel really comfortable. Hot tub and sauna were just fantastic. Highly recommend!

Got together with a few of my siblings and this was a terrific place for us. Very clean and plenty of room for everyone. Enjoyed the hot tub too! Would definitely return.

10 men. 5 boats. 5 trucks. Plenty of parking for the boats and trucks. Plenty of power to charge boat batteries. Plenty of room in the house. The house is set up perfectly for this vacation. Will definitely be back.

I was concerned with the uneven brick pavers especially to the side entrance. Some of us are unsteady of foot and this was a safety hazard. The deck was pealing. One bathtub drain bubbled up in the tub. There were bugs. The hot tub needed adjustment and the property manager did respond so the problem was fixed and we were able to enjoy this amenity. We still do not know if we will get a refund for our unused day though we changed the date within the required timeframe. VRBO said the manager would get back to us in 48 hours but she didn't and didn't respond to repeated requests. If we were not to get a refund we would have checked out later in the day but because we did not know, had to leave at 10 AM. We were told to text the manager when we arrived and she would let us know where the key was. We texted twice and just got the response "Thank you." Some of our party waited outside for half an hour till we arrived and could sort it out. Esthetically the accommodation was attractive and we particularly appreciated grab bars throughout. It was large and did accommodate our need to both house and meet with family at the time of my sister's passing. We appreciated that.

We were pleasantly surprised to find a few A/C units on the main floor. That helped with the heat our country is experiencing. The house was lovely, the view amazing, the privacy was perfect. The only suggestion I have would be to move the sectional seating to the main floor. It is more comfortable for a family than the sofa and wingback chairs that were on the main floor. But, if someone uses the sectional for sleeping, it's current location would be better I am sure.

We needed a place for out-of-town guest to stay for our daughter's baby shower. This house was more then that, we were able to host the baby shower for about 27 people at the house and stay there in comfort. The kitchen we great for food prep and the layout allowed the party without interfering with the guest area. Wonderful! The hosts were very responsive and helpful.

6 adults and 1 child stayed in this house for Easter weekend. All i can say is WOW!! The property was amazing with trauls that backwd the house. We visitied Montreal, SUNY plattsburgh, took the ferry to Vermont. The younger adults loved the hot tub while adults loved the sauna. House was spacious, equipped with everything, and even allowed DOGS!!! My 15 year old Lab ran on the field and went on trailes too. We enjoyed ourselves so much!! We will definitely be back as my son is attending SUNY Plattsburgh in the fall.

We loved staying at this home!Hot tub and saunas were the cleanest I’ve ever seen. Spent most of our time in the kitchen which was nice since it had a pellet stove so we were cozy. Beautiful views of mountains and lots of space for kids to play outside. We skied at Whiteface, spent an afternoon in Lake Placid and a day in Montréal. Our kids had a blast. Highly recommend. Snow plow showed up early to make sure we had an easy time getting out. Very attentive, thoughtful and responsive owners.

This house is the perfect place for reuniting all the family. We were 4 families with 5 children and had an amazing stay. The house is huge, warm and cozy. Plenty of space for the kids to run around and for everybody to sleep comfortable. The host was amazing and accommodated us with providing all the necessary baby items and cooking items we needed for. Overall, we loved it and highly recommend.

We had a great time at the house in late December. The house was a tight fit for the 14 of us but it worked out well. The hot tub was a nice benefit. We greatly appreciated being able to bring our dogs along. The kitchen was well stocked - the oven was a bit smoky the first time we used it but after that it worked well. The yard was large and worked great for our family snow football game. Thank you very much for sharing your home.

This property was even more than we could have hoped for in finding a place to spend our wedding weekend with our bridal party and their dates. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably and have privacy. The gorgeous views from the large porch were great for getting ready photos for the groom and groomsmen. Aimee was great to work with and very responsive to all of my messages!

This property was a great fit for my group. My group was a bunch of fisherman and this property is a great location and spacious! From plenty of parking for all of our boats and trucks to having outlets to plug our boats in to charge at night. The house was sooooo spacious. A big kitchen and dining area for our dinners. Plenty of bedrooms and sleeping areas as well as sitting areas to relax. Let's not forget the views from the decks outside! The sunrises were awesome! The owner Aimee was so quick to respond to any questions I had . She was so accommodating and helpful! If you have a large group of family or fisherman this property will be a great fit for you!

My large family (both 2 legged and 4) had a very relaxing vacation at this house. It has plenty of room inside and out, plus a variety of things to do (or not do) within a short drive. The sites and views Lake Champlain are amazing. Aimee was extremely helpful with any question that popped up and very quick to respond. Communication was great. The only issue, and it was no one’s fault, we happened to pick a very hot week for our vacation and the house does not have AC, yet. Aimee let us know beforehand, we just didn't except the heat wave. We had a fantastic stay! The home’s main level has the master and all of the open family areas. Downstairs are four other large bedrooms and another living room and nook area with another futon. There are plenty of bathrooms around. The views were outstanding from every room and the jacuzzi and sauna were so relaxing. If you’re looking to gather lots of family together this is a fantastic fun house with the comfort of being in the country! The owners were very kind and prompt, we couldn’t have had a better time! Thank you for a wonderful family retreat!

The house was great, it was a great place to get back to and relax after going out to nearby attractions. The kids had so much fun in the huge backyard! Aimme is incredible. She was ready to give us her attention, she was kind, and quick to help us with anything. Now we want to come back in the winter!

This was an amazing big house that was perfect for our family of 15! The hot tub and sauna were a big hit for the kids! The huge yard was wonderful for the kids to ride bikes and play games in. Aimee was just a text away for any questions that we had, she was a very good host! We would love to come back again when the weather is warmer!

Beautiful property, and the house is HUGE. Plenty of room for everyone. Lots of natural light and a very relaxing atmosphere. My dog lived the land as well. We plan to visit again in the Fall. Host was excellent!

This was the nicest VRBO we’ve ever stayed in and well worth the money. We spent the weekend for my daughter’s sweet 16 birthday. All the bedrooms are beautiful and there’s plenty of room for large groups. We enjoyed the large kitchen/dining area for meals and the hot tub/spa area was great for gathering and relaxing. It was nice to have fully stocked kitchen and plenty of towels available in the bathrooms and spa area. I loved all the large windows/sliding doors that give you the opportunity to see the amazing view from every room. I also liked the privacy in the secluded area and was awesome to see two deer in the driveway when we pulled in. 5++++ stars!!!! We would definitely book again!!!

This home was even better than expected. My group of 6 friends had a wonderful time. The home has so many inviting areas to conversation and hang out. Attention to detail was second-To-none. Aimee was already quick to reply. One night some of the bedrooms list heat and it was freezing but they fixed this immediately the following day. Only suggestion would be to check the drain in dull bath on lower level between bedrooms and shower drain was very slow to drain. Otherwise no concerns at all! Will stay again!

This place was no short of a gem. If you have a large group of people this place is just the spot. It's a little far from Whiteface but it's still worth it. The spa here is just like a million bucks. Hits just the spot. Go here in the winter and the contrast between the cold outside and sauna is absolutely therapeutic. Everything at the property is nice, gorgeous, and works. You don't even have to go anywhere to have a good time. You could just hang out at the house and you'd have a wonderful time. The people are nice and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

This one of the best properties we have ever rented. It is very spacious and clean. We had 14 people in our party, and it was perfect for us. Aimee and Matt were extremely accommodating hosts. It was very easy to communicate with them and they were close by if we needed anything from towels & pillows to extra pots/pans to firewood. We went on a short hike on their beautiful woodsy property. We would definitely rent this property again. Whiteface is about 40 minutes away and Titus is about 1 hour away,
