Nestled in Marco Island, this charming condo for $186 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. San Marco Residences has the setup, but most importantly, the location you need for your next vacation! Located directly across from 1 of only 4 public beach access points, the complex offers all guests the direct beach access everyone desires. Take advantage of that beach access without having to pay those beachfront prices! On top of that access, the complex is located just a half block north of the newly finished J.W. Marriott!!! Voted America's most desirable island destination, Marco Island is the largest of Florida's Ten Thousand Islands, located on the Gulf of Mexico in Southwest Florida. It has been described as Magical, Mystical and Alluring. The attraction is tropical sun-washed white beaches and a casual easy paced life style. Sunshine, frolicking dolphins, and all of the water and sun sports that go with the beaches are available for your pleasure. Attention Renters - Throughout the summer 2024 the building will be going through an exterior painting project. It is expected to take roughly 3 months to complete barring any weather delays. Prep work for this project will begin right around April 22nd and work set to commence May 1st on the east side of the building. Thru time guests can expect work and workers present around the building and potential for noise while occupying a condo.

Close to a beautiful beach for Walking! SO many shells on the beach! We enjoyed cocktails and dinners at STILTS and CJ’s. It was good to have Tommy Bahama beach chairs in the closet to take to the beach. If it is required to bag garbage to take out, then more than one plastic garbage sack should be provided. The unit is a bit outdated. The bed needs more sleeping pillows. Deck screen doors are off track and hard to open/close. Deck area needs a deep cleaning. We appreciated the excellent self-operated laundry machines. (Bring your own laundry soap).

Marco Island and Harborview Resort was all that was promised! We had a great long weekend, enjoyed awesome restaurants, beaches and shops. Got lucky enough to pick up some Stone Crab on the first day of the season! We highly recommend Kirk’s Seafood to pick up some fresh catch!

This property was very nice and the listing was very accurate. There are many restaurants within walking distance, along with the beach. The condo was very spacious and was very clean. My husband and I enjoyed going to Pinchers, Sami's, Stonewalls and Verdi's bistro when dining out. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and plan on returning in the future.

One giant frying pan, the stopper on the bathroom sink broke the smoke alarm went off and beeped for about 12 hours on the weekend. When we couldn’t get a hold of anybody. On the other hand, the place was clean directly across the street from the beach is perfectly suited to our needs in every other way.

The unit was very clean & comfortable. Location was very convenient. My only issue was with sheets and towels. Sheets and some towels were stained. Luckily there were plenty of towels so I could sort through them. Perhaps the owner or management could update the linens. It is a very nice place.

Everything from renting the apartment to the arrival and departure was very easy. No complications. My family and I realy loved it (two adults, two kids), it was clean and well maintained. Access to the beach is just across the steet or using the pool downstairs. Definately coming back.

The rental was in a perfect location, short walk to beach. Access was right in front of the building. I called the rental company because there was no beach umbrella and they were very responsive, brought one almost immediately! If I had a complaint It would be the window shades, it would be nice to have room darkening shades. Short walk to the Marriott for a wedding reception across the street.

The room was comfortable however the floor was very dirty. There was a lot of road noise. We could hear the people above us clearly. For some reason they seemed to be up tromping around very late. Two nights until 2 in the morning. The bedroom did not have a door so no as private as we had thought it would be since our son was with us Also the bathroom fan didn't work.

The rental was exactly as pictured online and super clean! The location was great and very close to the beach. The only issue that we had was on our third night- the air conditioning unit was not working when we got home from dinner. The unit reached about 80 degrees after several hours of not working when it randomly started working again even though the unit was set to 69 degrees. Other than that brief issue, the stay was fabulous and we would definitely book it again!
