Beautiful spacious home. Fully furnished. 4 Bed 2 Bath. Living room and family room. Sun porch and enclosed yard. Nice fairly quiet neighborhood. Close to shopping and park. Garage and supply rooms are not included. 2 car parking available. Please rent your own P.O. box at the Post Office if needed if you are long term renters. Thank you (:

We utilized this property for work on the Green River Tunnel. We were working 5-12’s and a 10 and used this property mainly to cook dinner and sleep. Nice responsive host, nice quiet neighborhood. I’d use it again if I were coming back to Rock Springs for future projects.

We stayed for work multiple months. Property Manager was very responsive to issues handling them promptly. Parking is a bit tight for larger vehicles. Well kept little house in a pretty quiet neighborhood.

Laurie, the homeowner, is very friendly, helpful, caring, and provided a warm welcome to our group. Will stay here again whenever we are in Rock Springs. The vacation home is located in a nice neighborhood, very close to the amenities and commercial district of Rock Springs.
