Located in Kitty Hawk, this charming house for $316 per night is a great option for your next break. Enjoy the amazing views from the upper level porch as well an extremely short walk to private beach access and 3 houses down from public beach access (Lillian Beach Access). The 1st floor has 3 bedrooms (1st BR: 1 King bed, 2nd BR: 1 Queen Bed, 3rd BR: 2 Full beds), a full bath, and a living area. The top floor includes a 4th bedroom (1 King Bed) and a full bath, the kitchen with bar (seating for 2), a dining room table with seating for 8, and a living room. Smart TV's in all 4 BRs and both living rooms. Both levels have porches, with outdoor furniture. The top porch is a wrap around and is partially covered and partially open for sunbathing. Outdoor dining furniture is available as well as lounging chairs. Plenty of amazing restaurants nearby including Hurricane Mo's with arguably the best Happy Hour in the OBX. This 4 bedroom house is on stilts, no elevator access. Ring Doorbell is installed under the house for security purposes. Please bring bed and bath linens, toiletries, and paper products. We supply bed top covers (quilts) and pillows. Linens and a variety of beach equipment can be rented via local providers, please ask for references, if interested.

Great location, great home, great experience! This home was so perfect for our family vacation, the layout is great because you never feel cramped. The home is very well maintained and very clean. Looking out the sliding doors directly at the ocean was incredibly peaceful. There is also great communication with the property manager and I'm thankful!

We had a great experience at Kelli's property! The house was very clean and the pictures don't do it justice. We had a group of 4 adults and 5 young children and it was the perfect size. Kelli was very accomodating to our request to check in early, and the location to the beach is so nice. This was our first trip to the Outer Banks and we will definitely be back!

Where to start! The pictures do not do this place justice it’s beautiful, clean and well maintained. The kitchen is beautiful with new appliances. The beds were very comfy, the large porches and seating accommodated our whole family. We had 4 couples and the home was very spacious so we could stretch out! The outdoor shower was huge and a great place to rinse off and even take your regular showers. There is an uninterrupted view over the dunes to the ocean. We watched dolphins play in the waves each morning as the sun rose. The host was wonderful to communicate with and went above and beyond to help make our stay the very best. The home has a lot of toys and extras you really don’t need to pack them. We enjoyed all the puzzles/games and well stocked kitchen. Everything is a short drive with this perfectly located home. We would highly recommend this home for your stay!

We absolutely loved the location of this property. It was easy to check in, communicate with property manager, and had great amenities. The main living area was a big space, which was great for our group. We loved the filtered water on the fridge. The kitchen was so great and offered a lot of prep space. There was a gas grill and charcoal grill. The view from the decks was great and offered a lot of seating. They even had some beach toys and chairs we could use which was greatly appreciated. Offered a lot of fridge space between the kitchen fridge and additional fridge downstairs. Great beach access right across the street. Would definitely return to this rental in the future.

My family and I all enjoyed our stay at the house. It is a very nice house and we loved sitting on the porch upstairs. There were a few cleaning issues but the host was quick to respond to my messages.

Our vacation could not have been any better unless there was a little less rain. But we still found plenty to do. The house was perfect for us—me, my daughter and 4 grandchildren. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated, the 4 bedrooms are very nice and comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, the decks were wonderful with a great beachy feel, there were lots of games, books, puzzles, and tv’s for rainy days and equipment for enjoying the beach and sun. We enjoyed the convenience of nice restaurants, grills and shops close by. The host was very nice and easy to work with. I was a little disappointed at first that the dunes were so high to obscure most of the beach (more ocean-view than ocean-front) but I soon got over that. The view and atmosphere were great—very beachy. My family loved it and I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

The house is exactly as advertised and had everything we needed. It fit 3 adults and 3 kids well. We loved the covered deck for meals, morning coffee, and dolphin watching. Super convenient to the beach and lots of restaurants, grocery stores, and centrally located to all the fun activities. The only downside is the beach road in front of the house is very busy and pretty noisy when sitting outside. It is not really suitable for walking along, people were driving way too fast and there is no shoulder or sidewalk. This is nothing to deter from staying here, the area is popular, just wanted others to know what to expect when considering this location.

We have been down in the outer banks in the past. My daughter said for her birthday all she wanted was a trip somewhere. We found this wonderful property!! Looking at the reviews all were excellent which made me a little concerned… Fortunately my fears were put aside as soon as we walked in!! Beautiful property, well stocked and very comfortable. Location was perfect for a beach vacation! Would 10/10 recommend and will plan on staying here in the future!

We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back! Property manager was excellent to work with, house was well stocked and location was convenient. The only down side was bringing our linen and towels...especially from Canada but was worth it. Only suggestion would be to offer a linen service for far away guest. 4 adults staying for a quick long weekend stay in OBX. House was as described. We selected this house as it seems to be owner run and not by a management company. Reviews for the major local management companies were very bad with houses in bad shape. This was not the case here. House has 4 bedrooms. We selected the house as it had two rooms with kings beds. We didn’t use the other bedrooms but it does have a queen bedroom and a room with two twins (maybe fulls). We also selected this house as it has a full upstairs bathroom and a full downstairs bathroom. So one couple stayed upstairs and the other basically had the entire first floor to themselves which included another living space with couches and tv. House was clean, decorated nicely in beach themes and was well appointed in the kitchen. Don’t forget to bring your own bed sheets (linens) and towels as they aren’t provided however they can be rented for an additional fee. Owner Kelli was great and quick to respond with questions. We didn’t have any issues with the property and rules are clearly presented. Kitchen had a drip coffee maker which is great as alot of places are going with only a kurig style coffee machine. Clean empty fridge and dishwasher were great. Large dining room table with 8 chairs. Comfy living space upstairs with tv. Wifi worked well. The best part of the house hower is the view off the decks and it’s proximity to the beach. Cross the road and go over the dune and you are then steps away from the wate

The rental was in a perfect location, great views of the ocean, sunrise/sunset and full of everything needed for our holiday meal. Host was very friendly and responsive. The covered top deck allowed for time outdoors on the day with a bit of rain and the uncovered side portion perfect for reading a book while absorbing a bit of vitamin D. The two sitting areas inside gave everyone a bit of space and the table was large enough for everyone to gather around for meals or game nights. Bedrooms were perfect for adults (no bunks) and it was very nice to have a TV in every room too! Great relaxing break for our family.

Everything in a home away from home . Our views of the morning sunrise to the evening sunsets was amazing. Easy to travel to all of the lighthouses and other attractions. I hope that we will be able to stay the next trip over.

Even with 25mph winds everyday, we enjoyed our first fall visit to the OBX. The house is wonderful. It is beautifully decorated and has seating areas on both floors (great for after our kids went to bed). The kitchen is stocked with all the dishes and essentials one could need. The ocean view from the deck is excellent and while we didn't get to enjoy much time on it, it has great options for lounging or dining! We hope to be back!

Kelli’s house had everything we needed and had home-like atmosphere. We could sit at kitchen table or front deck to watch the sun rise and enjoyed the front deck while visiting and viewing the ocean.

We enjoyed our stay here with our adult children. The house is very comfortable and roomy. We loved the deck, that was our favorite spot. You can easily watch the ocean from there. The large windows and sliding door on the top floor also allow for wonderful ocean views. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. There is a sandy path over the dunes on the right to get to the beach or you can walk down on the left just a bit to the beach access that has steps. Kelli was very responsive to our needs and was always available. Don’t hesitate to contact her if you need anything or have any questions. There are many nearby restaurants, The Black Pelican was our favorite. We would definitely stay here again.
