Amenities includes 2BR, 2baths, with walk-in closets in each room, Livingroom, kitchen, dining room, laundry, office space, WIFI, TV with Verizon cable and large hallway, 5 cars garage, large yard, basketball hoop, Patio overlooking a relaxing park, and a huge back and side yard for dog walking or just relaxing and unwinding while enjoying deer and nature watching.

We rented the 2-bedroom section of the property for 60 nights (April/May, 2026). The villa was comfortable for the two of us and we especially enjoyed the peaceful and serene setting of the property. The main bedroom and bathroom were spacious and well appointed. The kitchen/dining/living area enabled an easy domestic routine and the spaces were well supplied with the basic necessities. A highlight of the villa was, for us, the setting- quiet, serene, peaceful yet very close to areas of interest to us - Silver Spring, Baltimore, DC, etc. The interactions with our hosts were easy and fluid, very cordial throughout the entirety of our 2-month stay. Net, the villa delivered very well on all the needs to enable a most pleasant stay. Thank you for your hospitality Isabelle and Jean and cordial regards!

It is the perfect pet friendly lodging. This was our second trip and just as convenient and comfortable as the first trip a month ago. The villa is well stocked and roomy

The setting was pastoral and fine. The apartment was clean but musty. The linens were fair. We did not do any cooking. I cannot in all fairness give this a good review. I believe that the main house is under renovation. We were greeted on our second night with a commode in the driveway. Indoors the place had a lot of old rugs that were a tripping hazard. I would not rent this place again. I'm sorry. I have never written a negative review until now.
