About this house rental
Nestled in North Topsail Beach, this attractive house for $267 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Enjoy the privacy of a stand alone home at an affordable price. With ocean and sound views, it is less than a two minute walk to the beach. Our clean and comfortable beach house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms all on one floor. The house sleeps 8. We are pet friendly too. You will be renting directly from the owner, and we want to make sure you enjoy your stay at our house. Price includes all bed linens and towels. For your convenience, we provide beach towels as well as beach chairs, a beach wagon, and various beach toys for kids. We also have a stroller and Pack n’ Play if needed. To get you “started,” we also supply complimentary essentials such as toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, and Keurig coffee cups. *Information regarding bed linens-We have 2 sets of bedding for each bed. All bedding is changed out and washed thoroughly between each rental. This includes all bed quilts, pillow shams, and sheets. The beds will be all ready when you arrive along with clean towels. The location of this house allows you the convenience of walking to and from the beach easily. It’s a quick, straight walk to the beach. You can see the ocean and beach access from the front porch. Relax on the front porch while taking in the view of the sound on one side and the ocean on the other side. Enjoy time together in the large, open living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen area. Each bedroom has a queen bed. There is a brand new queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The living room and each bedroom has a flat screen television equipped with Roku, Hulu Live, Netflix, and other streaming sites. You can watch local channels too. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with separate shower and large tub. There is a washer and dryer and high speed internet for your convenience. Our home is located between the two bridges on the island in North Topsail. The house is approximately 5 miles from Surf City. Our home is on a quiet, dead end street on the sound side. Kids can play outside. You can rinse off after the beach in our enclosed, outdoor shower with hot and cold water. There is also a picnic table, gas grill, and additional seating under the house. Plenty of parking. There is even room for your boat. Grassy area for your four legged friend too. Andrews’ Produce, seasonal, is walking distance right around the corner. *Keyless entry for your convenience.

My family and I were very happy with this beach house. It was a 3 minute walk to north Topsail Beach and the Sound sunset views were amazing. It was a short drive to gift shops, restaurants, coffee shops and bars.
The house was clean and had everything we needed, including sheets, towels and a well-stocked kitchen.
We would love to return on another holiday!

Great house. Plenty of room. Great location. We liked being able to pull our vehicles under the house. We have our fishing gear in the back and its nice to be out of the weather loading up. Hopefully we will be back next year.

We had a great time at this lovely beach house! Perfect location! Very short walk to the ocean! The sunsets were amazing off the front deck! Having everything we needed for a perfect day on the beach was the best part! We even had an adventure riding out tropical storm Ophelia! We will definitely be back!

We had some issues and the care takers came quickly to fix the job. The stay was beautiful and close to the beach in walking distance. I enjoyed every minute of it.

Not sure how we were so lucky to find this gem at such an amazing beach! Home was clean, furniture was new and starter supplies were plenty, especially doggie poop bags! See the sun rise and set from the deck. New outdoor shower is perfect after the beach which is VERY close. We will be back!

The house is in a great location. From the porch you have both ocean and sound views. The kitchen is well stocked and functional and the house is very comfortable with plenty of seating in the living room area. We will consider this house again if we find ourselves back in Topsail Beach.

We had a great time staying at this location. It was a very short walk to the beach and was easy to cross the main road. The beach location was very uncrowded; the sand was super soft and the water gorgeously clear. Location was ideal as it was a short drive to the town for ice cream, restaurants and such, but isolated enough that the kids could bike on the dead end street. In addition, north topsail is known for its numerous turtle nests and there was many within a short stroll on the beach!
The house itself was in good condition and as advertised! We enjoyed the extra supplies left to make things a little easier on the travel (aka extra chairs, sand toys, gas grill). The closets has many supplies for our use including games and puzzles. The kitchen had supplies with many types of spices, dishwasher detergent, etc so it made it easy to cook. Overall would recommend this house.

We enjoyed everything about our stay!! The house is very comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. The walk to the beach is short and the beach was uncrowded. Sunset views over the sound from the deck or living room are fabulous!! It was a nice bonus to have a wagon and beach towels supplied and a real plus to have a grill - especially one that worked. Another plus is that our family dogs were able to join us at this pet friendly property.
We loved staying there and highly recommend this property to everyone who may be considering it for their beach vacation.

Just as listed. Short walk to the beach. Located in a place where the beach was beautiful, and not a lot of people, so it was not crowded at all. Inside was well decorated and clean. House was in good condition, and all amenities were as promised. Walk to the beach was about 200 feet. They also provided doggy cleanup bags for our pups. The only thing that I would say would make it even nicer is perhaps having some kids sand toys. No complaints, may stay here again.

It was a perfect stay and location! Short walk to the beach and the house came with all the beach additions (chairs, towels, etc). In addition, the house was spotless and had all the kitchen appliances need and the grill was great. Thank you for letting us stay and we can’t wait to return.

This vacation house is beyond what we could have wished for. They have EVERYTHING you need to start your stay comfortably without a worry in the world. We spent the entire vacation in awe. The sound view, the ocean view, the quiet neighborhood, the cleanliness of the house...I could go on and on about the reason this vacation was a 10/10 for my family. Thank you!

This lovely, well-located property was a perfect fit for our family of four. The owners supply linens and even beach towels, making the whole check-in/out process super easy and convenient. The house was well-stocked with essentials and even some conveniences like detergent, coffee and toilet paper, making it easy for us to roll in for a late check in after the kids got out of school. The stroll to the beach takes 5 minutes and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The house itself was clean (no pet hair anywhere!!) and comfortable, with a super cozy electric fireplace and couches in the living room, perfect for a quiet night after a day in the water. Loved the view of the sound and porch set up. We'll be back!

My family and I booked this property for a Family Meetup. We had an awesome experience starting with the application, communication with owners of the property, check-in, acceptance of our fur babies to check-out. The owners provided adequate check-in directions and sent an email to ensure we were checked in and inquired if we needed anything. Customer Service was excellent! House is fairly new, very clean and well stocked with basic things you normally have to bring with you. Owners make sure your stay is worry-free. Location is in quiet section of island with very short walk to beach. Also very pet friendly.

We loved our stay! The house had one of the most furnished kitchens I’ve been in. The walk to the beach is across the main road but we had no issues crossing with all our gear for 2 kids. The house had plenty of parking, we brought our boat with no issues. The sunset views from the deck were amazing! Would definitely stay again.

We were so excited about our trip to the beach this year! The day before we left, my mother-in-law got sick & my husband ended up having to stay home to take care of her. My kids & I went on and had a really good time but missed him being with us. The house was great & the owners were very easy to work with! The location was perfect! We will definitely come back but this time with my husband!!

Great stay. Perfect wagon pull to the beach. Had 3 children with us from 1-11 of age. Down stair covered area was great for dining and cooking out. Enough parking for our vehicles and 22’ skiff. Within minutes off the boat ramp!

"shore glad we came"
It was a lovely home, we had a great time staying there. More space than we needed for 3 so there's plenty of room. Very cute and comfortable house that is so close to the beach. Having a kitchen to use was great since we ate in a lot being we had our dog with us. The house was very accommodating for her. She loved being there. I was worried about "beach steps" most houses have but these were very easy for her to navigate. The location is great for relaxing or going out to do something. The owners are a very respectful and accommodating couple. We love it here and hope to visit again. Thank you!
