Welcome to this stunning 3 bed 2.5 bath townhouse nestled in the Calinda Cay community. Enjoy the best of both, with ocean views off the front decks and sound views off the back decks. There will be no shortage of amazing sunrises or sunsets. With a beach access across the road, finding your way to the sand won't be a treasure hunt, you can just follow the sun. Downstairs, you will find three generously sized bedrooms, each offering a tranquil retreat after a long day at the beach. As you head upstairs you will be greeted with an open spacious reverse floor plan where the living, kitchen and dining areas are located. Your beach rental is located approximately 5.6 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge or 2.4 miles south of the North Topsail Beach high rise bridge. You'll love the peace and quiet here! Head to Surf City or Sneads Ferry (mainland) to visit restaurants, shops, and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our Islands past.
