Located in Burbank, this lovely condo for $115 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. We would like to welcome you to our newly remodeled, modern, 1 Bedroom, 1 Full Bath, Apartment. The Bedroom has a King Size Bed and an 8 ft. sliding glass door that walks out on your own personal balcony with seating and lovely mountain views. This 622 Square foot apartment sleeps 4 with a Queen Size sofa / Bed in the Living Room and a cot in the Bedroom closet with all the bedding on the shelf above. There are 2 flights of stairs to access the apartment but the mountain views are much more enjoyable here. Note: ( No Elevator ) The building is located near Griffith Park where 3 freeways merge in Glendale... Interstate 5, U.S. Highway 101 and State Route 134. No matter what direction you decide to venture, you are close to an on-ramp. A well maintained Swimming Pool is located downstairs with Beach Towels in the linen closet, 2 Lounge Chairs and Bench seating. Individual Chairs also surround the pool. We have provided 100% Solar Heating but remember... Most of the year the Solar is more than adequate but if you are visiting us in the winter, the water may be on the cool side. Our days may feel warm, somewhere in the 80's but the nights are long and cool leaving the water cool. The 2nd level deck provides a reading / lounging area with 2 bench seats and a glass table with 4 chairs. Some of our guests choose to have their meals here! Hot water for the building is also supplied by Solar but there is no need to worry about lack of hot water. We have 5 Large capacity Storage Tanks and a large backup, gas water heater. Pay laundry facilities are available in the laundry room...Wash $1.50 - Dry $1.00 We supply you with detergent, spray stain remover and dryer sheets. An under building, parking space is provided with lots of street parking as well. We have a dual sided wall heater accessing the Living Room and Bedroom and a through wall Air Conditioner in the Living Room. There are Remote Controlled multi speed with dimmer, Fan / Light in the Bedroom and the Dining Area A fully equipped Kitchen has a full size Refrigerator, a glass, Flat Top Range / Oven, a Microwave and a Garbage Disposal. Sorry, NO Dishwasher! Appliances include a Keurig Coffee Maker with pods, a Waffle Maker, Toaster, Blender Hand Mixer, and Crock Pot plus all the Cookware and Bakeware you may need for your own creations.

Older apartment building that is well maintained. The location was great for us going to Griffith Park, Pasadena and Universal Studios. There is a lot in the area just a short drive away and convenient to major freeways. The unit is comfortable and no detail is not thought out by the hosts. I found this stay even more hospitable than other short term rentals we have stayed because the hosts have the unit stocked with food and beverage and offer it to their guests: coffee, tea, cereals, snacks, apples, condiments, milk, eggs, cooking supplies, etc. Definitely worth a repeat visit.

This was a very convenient and comfortable stay for me during my week-long visit to LA. Ray and Sandy are great hosts, very accommodating and communicative. This unit contained everything I needed including a fully equipped kitchen and extra toiletries. The parking spot was a bonus as it made me feel safer about renting a car, and I loved pulling into my assigned spot, even though street parking in the area isn’t difficult. The parking space is not gated but the neighborhood felt very safe. The neighbors in the building were friendly. The view from the bedroom was stunning! I felt right at home.

We had a great time. The apartment was very centric to everything. We found erythung very clean and it really felt like our second home. We loved all the little details the hosts put into making our stay the best. Will definitely use again

The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay We celebrated thanksgiving here and were able to cook up a dinner for 4 comfortably It is not much of a neighborhood but if you are just looking for a place to sleep and drive to attractions than it is perfect Not much within walking distance Very clean and stocked with extra blankets, towels, coffee and especially liked the snacks and things provided Fresh apples, eggs, cereals, milk - way more than I’ve ever had at any other home rental Big plus !

We returned to this property to visit family in the neighborhood. It is so convenient for us and clean, well-stocked and comfortable. My only complaint is that the units are often booked far ahead of travel dates, so grabbing an apartment here requires a lot of lead time and a bit of luck.

No negatives overall. This was a great stay. If anything, the one issue was the drains in sink and shower did not drain right away causing the water to sit for a while. Other than that this was a perfect stay. We would definitely come back!

My friend and I stayed here for 4 nights and it was awesome! The owners have thought of everything you could need. Snacks in the cupboard, milk and condiments in the fridge, ice cubes ready to go, spreads for toast and sandwiches and fresh fruit. The apartment was very clean with lots of extra linens if needed. The location is fairly central, 30 minute drive to anywhere we wanted to go. Parking was included, gas station less than a block away and grocery stores in the area as well. We would definitely stay here again!

My daughter and I stayed here on a short weekend trip to Los Angeles and could not have had a better experience. Quiet neighborhood, clean property, and easy access to all of the fun things to do. We saw a show at the Hollywood Bowl and were able to catch a $6 shuttle from a park and ride lot just five minutes from the apartment. Perfect!

This was a great rental for our 3 day get away. Quite complex and close to all the activities we wanted to do. The cabinets were stocked with food essentials and coffee on hand. One of the better rentals I’ve had.

Very clean, comfortable and thoughtful place. There was everything needed for a short or long stay. I really appreciated the owners having coffee and snacks in the unit. The balcony off the master bedroom has a really nice view and we enjoyed the pool. Will stay here again next visit!

What a great property with lots to offer. Apartment is exactly as described / pictured. Nice clean pool that I wish we had more time to enjoy. Lots of nice add ons provided in apartment - toiletries, snacks, water, condiments, etc. Would def stay there again and hope to! Great / easy communication with property managers. Thank you.

This property was absolutely AMAZING! Perfect location for my son and I to get around to all the hot spots! The apartment itself was gorgeous! Ray and Sandy were so kind as to supply basic amenities and even fridge and cupboards of food and drink!! So sweet!!

We arrived at property just as earthquake struck in Ojai. Ray was helpful providing information for the ride from Groveland. Lots of food in the fridge, coffee and fresh items.

Perfect! This is the only place I want to stay when visiting the area from now on! We felt safe, it was clean, and SO comfortable and welcoming. Staying here really enhanced our vacation. Communication was great and we had everything we could possibly need! Full kitchen with snacks and ingredients. I made my boys waffles each morning that were better than any hotel waffle machine. I had forgotten a razor, they had me covered. We can't wait to have a reason to go back!

Loved this place. TBH, I don’t *want* to give it a good review so it hopefully stays as a little hidden gem. But, alas, honesty is the best policy. This place is ideal. Seemingly 10 minutes from everything. Beautifully appointed. A great clean nice little pool. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

Loved our stay at this location! Aside from a plethora of fixings in the cupboards and fridge, the apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony views as well as the courtyard pool, and we appreciated the extra level of security provided with the locked gate. Highly recommend this place if you have a small group of friends who want to explore Glendale and LA.

Late posting. This is our second time staying here. This unit is smaller than the previous one we stayed in. It’s just as good as the previous one. All amenities are there, and they provide all the things needed in case you forgot them at home. Will stay there again next time we go to Universal Studios.
