It was a nice location and home, but the property wasn't that clean, and not all amenities were as advertised. For example, there is no access to a fire pit, and the indoor fireplace is not working. Our family also had to do quite a bit of cleaning when we got there as the place was spick and span when we arrived. The vacuums didn't work that well either (it was clear one of the vacuums hadn't been emptied in a long while, too). We still had fun, and the size was able to accommodate our large group, but a little disappointed with a few aspects of our stay.

We loved the condo. Very accommodating. V beds were very comfortable. We came for a wedding. But found plenty of other things to do while we were there. He went ziplining, sky bridge, rented golf carts to drive the trails around the mountains.

Our group included grandma down to baby. Everyone found our own spaces and had a wonderful time during our 4 day stay. We did Petosky beach, veterans park, golf, and walked Charlvoix town. The upstairs was taken by the families with young kids and downstairs was taken by the older families so at nighttime, people could stay awake and play games while the upstairs quieted down. We loved having 2 kitchens, very nice sized bathrooms with plenty of hooks to hang stuff. Plenty of pillows/blankets, we never ran out of towels, and thankfully had enough TP between all the bathrooms. The main living room is on the smaller side for such a big group, but there is also a deck just out the door with a table/chairs for us to spread out further and make it work (thankful for amazing weather during 4th of July). A few things that didn’t quite work for us included the fact that the pool at the main resort no longer accepts condo residents unless you pay a $20 day passperperson-not talking about the water park. Swimming was an advertised perk that we wanted. The very nice and new-looking Keurig did not work so all those k-cups we brought were useless. I let the owner know and thankfully they had normal coffee makers on each level as well. And one last big complaint is the non-vacuumed floors. Crumbs going upstairs, leaves on the door mats inside, and lots of crap under the coffee table when we moved it to open the sleeper. We had to vacuum ourselves because the baby kept eating things…

The place was clean and kitchen was nicely stocked. Each family had our own space and privacy. The area is beautiful and fun, with lots to do. We will return next summer!

My family and I had a wonderful time at this property. Will definitely plan on coming back. The property manager was very helpful.

We came to the area to ride in the local Zoo de Mack event. The property is very comfortable and we couldn’t have asked from more. It was easy to message with the owner. We will go back.

We had a great time and loved this location. We had 9 adults and 6 kids and the property accommodated all of us comfortably. Having two kitchens was great! We were also able to use the shuttle services to get around Boyne, which was very convenient (and free). The only downfall was the carpet/under bed areas were a bit dirty and the temperature was difficult to regulate on the main level. Would definitely stay here again, though!

We had a group of 10-11 for our family spring break getaway. This condo was the perfect space for us to spread out - we had 3 adult couples and at one point 5 kids. We used the lowest level for all the kids and the other 3 enclosed bedrooms were perfect for the adults. We skied, did the skybridge, avalanche bay, petoskey, you name it. Had a great time. The condo was clean when we arrived but I wouldn't say 'deep cleaned'...but we also realized it was end of season and ski gear and big groups take their toll. Would stay here again and recommend to others who need space and capability to eat-in/cook for large groups if needed.

We just spent 4 days skiing and having a blast with friends at this location. I have to say that I really feel like the hosts thought of so many details to make our stay so comfortable. I would definitely recommend this condo for your ski in/out at Boyne

Loved the place! Within an easy walk to the Disciples lift, plenty of space for a big group, and very well stocked. The beds were a little soft for our liking, but a minor issue for an otherwise perfect experience. Thank you!

We were able to get all of us in comfortably. Lots of bathrooms, which is important. It was nice to be close to the Disciples lift for the kids so that they could come in for snacks and rest when needed.

We had a great long weekend! The condo was compact but had plenty of room for us all. A short walk to the Disciples chair lift. We look forward to our next stay!

The property was as described. Clean, kitchen amenities were great including a crockpot, plenty of rooms for sleeping and hanging out with friends. Disciples ski lift is a short walk about 100yds away, which made lunch breaks easy. Shuttle even provides rides to the lodge and resort. We will stay here again. Host was great as well with communication.

We had 10 adults and 5 kids in our group. There was plenty of room for sleeping, hanging out and all of our ski equipment. It was a short walk down the street to Disciples chairlift, but nothing we couldn't handle (including the 6 year old). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back in the future. Well stocked with everything you might need as well.

We paid thousands of dollars to be this owner’s cleaner. We arrived to the condo expecting to be able to settle in, instead the cleanliness was beyond disgusting and unlivable. It had not been cleaned - the floors were dirty and both refrigerators were filthy, with stuck on food and one even had a rotting lemon inside. There was shattered glass on the kitchen floor, and when we started to sweep it even more glass appeared. Oven was so dirty it hasn’t been cleaned in months and the stove top didn't even work consistently. Food was crusted food on the tables, both upstairs and downstairs and there was food and used flossers on the floor of the living area. The beds clearly hadn’t been changed as there were dozens of hairs in the bed and many pillowcases were dirty. There were used contacts on one of the bedside tables. The host offered to send a cleaner the next day, which wasn’t useful as we couldn’t put away the hundreds of dollars of groceries we had for Christmas dinner without cleaning the mess ourselves. I couldn’t leave shattered glass for my children to walk upon. My wife was in tears trying to create a happy Christmas for our family that we had invited, and we had hours of cleaning to do before we could even put things away. Our highest recommendation is to find another place to stay.

Enjoy a lot of quality family time. We had the first big snowfall of 2022 and we got to enjoy the beautiful outdoors as well as the cozy indoors.

We had a nice fall getaway. The colors and weather were wonderful and we really enjoyed sitting on the porch after a day of exploring. The condo was clean and had everything you would need to make your stay a home away from home. We would definitely stay here the next time we are up that way.

The property was well maintained. The bathrooms and 2 kitchens were clean; there was space to spread out between the 5 bedrooms and 2 living areas. Great time for my family and friends as we visited for Labor Day weekend.

The cleanliness of the condo was actually disgusting, there was mouse poop in the upstairs dresser drawers, there was a build up of dirt, crumbs, and grime in the corners of the kitchen, bathrooms. There was a cookie sheet full of grease that was left from previous renters just left in the grill, that we had to wash ourselves. Very disappointed in the cleanliness. Also, very dark in the living area because the tract lighting would not turn on. Probably should hire better cleaning company. Pat was great, very helpful and very nice.

The condo worked well for our family vacation of 6 adults, 4 teenagers and 2 children. There was adequate beds and bathrooms. The kitchen was well supplied with cooking utensils., etc. The kitchen, however, is small.

Perfect spot for family memories! Eleven people had more than enough beds, bathrooms. Well furnished with everything we needed for a fun week up at Boyne Mountain. Plenty to do for everyone and close to Petosky and Harbor Springs. Heated pool, Deer Lake, trails to hike, tennis, water park. Thanks for sharing your beautiful condo!

We had a great time with our group of 15! Was able to sleep all of us nicely but living room area spaces are quite small. Since you don’t book through the resort all the activities cost extra, the pools were going to cost $50-65 a day for our family of four. We decided to go to the water park and beach area instead. Overall good stay!
