But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet and a deposit of $300. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Please note that this home does not have AC - This home has a wall heater. - This home does not have a washer & dryer. - This unit sits on the second and third floors of the home. In order to enter, guests will need to climb a set of steep stairs. - Please note that we do not provide firewood for the wood-burning fireplace. - Any amplified sound that can be heard 50 feet away from your residence is prohibited. This home has a noise ordinance time between 10 PM and 8 AM, meaning even a normal conversation must be moved to inside the home during these hours. - Please note the unit is surrounded by other units in a shared building and we would appreciate being mindful to the volume of the activities that may occur. - Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. - This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and therefore is only suitable for quieter groups. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home, otherwise, if violations occur you may be subject to a fine that can reach up to $10,000. Parking Details: 2 parking space. Parking spots are ideal for compact cars. SUVs may have a lot of difficulty getting in and out; while larger vehicles will not fit at all and are at risk of fines & towing if past a certain point in the alleyway. This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones! --- The room configuration is as follows: Primary Bedroom / King bed Bedroom 2 / King bed Bedroom 3 / Two queen beds Bedroom 4 / Two queen beds --- Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

The home is in a perfect location and served us well. It appears to have had a fair amount of traffic without a lot of care in between. Two things surprised me. No washer and dryer became a problem and, if it had been warm, no A/C would have been a problem. Lighting upstairs is lacking. On the positive side there were plenty of kitchen supplies and decent parking.

We loved the location and parking for 2 cars. All of the bedrooms are spacious. The proximity to the bay beach is amazing for smaller kids to be able to play on the beach while we were still watching from the home. Easy quick walk to the ocean side. Lots of food options nearby. All the amenities you need, just bring your own beach towels.

We loved being on Mission Bay and this unit was in the best location. We watched the rowing club every morning, paddle boarders, something to see all day and evening. Kids were thrilled they could walk over to the ocean and boogie board. Would stay again in a heartbeat!!

We had a great weekend with our teenage kids and a couple of friends for the weekend. Being right on the Bay was spectacular to look at and go float in. We had smores on the beach through a local company and road bikes around the local neighborhood to shops and restaurants. No need to have a car at this location, but the two parking spaces were great. Host company was very responsive to questions. Definitely would look to book again!

We stayed at this property and couldn’t believe it looked just as advertised on the website. It was HUGE, comparatively, to the other properties we looked at, and everyone had their own space. The management company was great at communicating and helping us gets some extras, like beach chairs for our stay. The ONLY downside was the electricity could use some work. On the main floor, if you turned on a ceiling light or fan in one room, it turned the ceiling light on in all the rooms. We tried switching the remotes to no avail. They all seemed to have one brain. And many of the electrical outlets on the third floor either didn’t work or overheated quickly, so I finally figured out to just plug my phone in to charge in the kitchen. But, aside from an electrical update, this property was exactly as advertised and we would definitely rent again.
