Fee is $100 per stay and is upon approval. Other things to note *Please note that the city of Indio currently has a noise ordinance in place which means no outside music after the hours of 8pm. Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00p.m. – 8:00a.m. Courtesy hours are 24 hours per day. Housekeeping: The house is professionally cleaned prior to each guest's arrival. When you leave, do your best to leave the property in the same condition as when you arrived (minus normal usage of course). There is no daily housekeeping service. Linens and bath towels are included in the unit. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the house. Garbage: Please leave the garbage near the trash bins in the garage. The trash is collected on Monday mornings, please leave all trash at the curb on Sunday evening. Fireplace: The fireplace is a non-vented gas-fired fireplace.
