We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, clean property. A short walk to the beach and a variety of restaurants, shops, and grocery store kept us from needing a car during our stay. The toilets are frustrating with the type of flushing system. We were provided plenty of hand towels and wash cloths, but only 2 bath towels for 4 people and no beach towels at all. The ice maker is still broken (as mentioned in a review from August) with a large hole in the bottom of the tray that had a grocery bag stuck in it. The property manager did provide a bag of ice after we contacted them and sent pictures of the ice maker. No property is perfect and we would stay here again.

This home is wonderful. The super fancy toilets are horrible. Never knew when they will flush or NOT. Really put a damper on our experience. Also, the professional host was all talk and very little action.

We loved the location. The home is walking distance to the beach, a grocery store and restaurants. The home had amenities we didn't expect like beach chairs and soap and beach towels. Just amazing home so happy that we we're able to stay here.

Overall we were satisfied with our stay. The location was 5 stars, working with the property manager was simple and the home was as described. The check in and out process was a bit rushed. We weren't able to check in until shortly after the stated time and the cleaning crew was at the door step right at 10am. Overall we enjoyed the location and the home!! Very nice and all was as described.

There's so much to like about this property. The location. Hot tub. Well stocked. There were just a few things that would make this a no brainer. As stated in an earlier review, the shag carpet wouldn't be my first choice. I'm sure it's decently clean, but it's not my favorite in rooms, front room rug. In addition a lot of the walls, fireplace exterior, etc. and beaten up, scuffed, or chipped. The pictures on the site show it as being immaculate and it's pretty worn in some areas. Getting Netflix and other apps wasn't easy except for downstairs. We brought a firestick so we were good.
Plenty of towels, dishes, and washer and dryer was used. Hot tub is small but fun.

The home is steps to a beautiful sandy beach, and there are ocean views from the top level balcony. Everything you need - grocery store, restaurants, coffee, bars, etc. - are a short walk away. The house is modern and very clean. The master bedroom shower pressure is very low, but the shower between the other two bedrooms was excellent. The issue we had with our stay, which was never addressed by the management company (VACASA) was that when we arrived, the outdoor jacuzzi's cover had been blown into the street. The jacuzzi was full of sand and the water level was very low. VACASA responded to my texts and said that a service person would come out to address the jacuzzi issues. We stayed for two nights and were never able to use the jacuzzi. As we were checking out that Friday morning, the jacuzzi service man arrived and cleaned and filled the jacuzzi. I'm sure the next guests enjoyed the jacuzzi. VACASA stopped responding to me even though they had promised action. Also, the stairs (carpeted) were wet. I asked if they had been recently shampooed and received no response. The house is nice and it's a great location, but VACASA was a terrible experience. We requested some money back or a credit via text and email but never received a response. Poor service!

We stayed a week at this house. Nice location. Newer home. Good amount of space. Bedrooms and Bathrooms are modern and nice, with good amount of space. Reason for 3 star instead of 5. Carpets and living/family room rug are a little gross. Not sure why you get a shag type of carpet for a beach house. It feels dirty. There is no vacuum offered. It would have been nice to vacuum it once during the stay. Coffee table feels like it is going to topple over. Don’t put your feet on it. Hot tub is a nice touch but couldn’t get it to work during our stay. An accessible outdoor hose would have been nice to help clean the sand off of you before you enter the home. Or at least provide a bucket to fill with water to clean feet before entering. TV in family room had live tv but the remote/tv is outdated, not a smart tv, and we couldn’t figure out how to stream Netflix, Disney Plus, etc. Not sure if it had the capability or not. I don’t think the satellite was working during our stay. The other tvs in the house were smart and we could stream Netflix and Disney plus. I’m going to give this house another shot, but I really hope they consider what I said.

Location is great. Short walk to the beach and great view of the ocean from the 3rd floor deck. Stayed with my 3 young children and wife, we all had a great time. Enjoyed the hot tub. Great amenities including washer and dryer. Would be careful on the stairs with young children though.

The living room and bedrooms were lovely and accommadated our group well. It rained a lot when we were there so it was hard to use the outdoor eating areas. Freezer needs to be defrosted and ice trays provided.

Me and my family very much enjoyed our time at this home. The description and pictures were very accurate. Functional if not large floor plan. Outdoor spaces are nice, especially the rooftop deck with hot tub. The location is perfect. Walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. We brought our bikes and rode on the boardwalk each day. The kids surfed multiple times. We would definitely come back and stay here again.

I loved the sheets, bedding, towels ect...
However we were not told JHot tub maintenance would be coming twice a week..
They enter home even if your not there...
Do not leave your valuables out.. The first night was freezing cold, the downstairs heating system was not working, cozy firplace did not work either, we called they sent maintenance he could not fix it, so they had to send a Professional Heater Technician next day.
We took a nap upstairs, we came down to eat & there were 2 portable heaters sitting in the living room..
We were Shocked that someone came in while we were sleeping.. We were not told they were bringing heaters..
My purse, medications, passport, wedding ring were on counter...
This was Extremely upsetting....
Knock at door, Hot tub maintenance arrives, goes up to 3rd floor done in 5 minutes..
Mind you I'm recovering from facial surgery..
Next day Heater Technician arrives, I was so exaughsted & upset I told him I didn't want to hear noise, we would keep warm with portable heaters.. Please fix the system when we check out..
He was very kind, understood, & wished me a speedy recovery..He was the only one that wore bootie covers over his boots..
3 days later Hot tub maintenance guy arrives again!!!!!!
I told him nooo, my daughter is showering, he said it would only take 5 minutes, so upsetting, I yelled for my daughter she came running down in a towel & took a deep breath for a stranger standing there, I told her he had to add chemicals to Hot tub...
This was so unbelievable, I just started crying when he left bc I was exaughsted from surgery dealing with all this...
I have to say he was very well mannered & doing his job..
But this needs to be addressed to Renters!!!!
This beautiful home needs to POST a SIGN when maintenance will be coming into the home..
So upsetting, but did love the home & would definitely rent again if this issues are resolved!!!

One of the electronic toilets broke down twice during our visit the manager fixed it once, unresponsive on the second request but we figured it out. A slight annoyance during an overall really pleasant experience.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. Very well stocked and clean, check in was very easy and accommodating. Location is great, short walk to the store restaurants, and the beach is just down the street. The only drawback was Some noisy neighbors, and the hot tub didn’t get very hot. But other than that it was perfect and we would stay there again.

This was one our best vacations ever! This home was perfect for our small family. We have stayed in various houses in Newport over 25 years and this was by far the best. Great location, awesome view of the ocean(watched dolphins from the top balcony), and plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. From the high end appliances to the pretty art and nice bedding, it truly felt like a luxury place to be. I'm so grateful for the opportunity to stay there. I hope to be back some day.

This was one our best vacations ever! This home was perfect for our small family. We have stayed in various houses in Newport over 25 years and this was by far the best. Great location, awesome view of the ocean(watched dolphins from the top balcony), and plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. From the high end appliances to the pretty art and nice bedding, it truly felt like a luxury place to be. I'm so grateful for the opportunity to stay there. I hope to be back some day.
