This stunning light-filled two story home has a modern architectural design, huge windows and wood flooring throughout. The main level includes a beautifully appointed kitchen open to the living room and dining room stocked with a KitchenAid stand mixer, Cuisinart food processor, Nespresso coffee maker and all the pot, pans and utensils needed to create gourmet meals. The first level also includes two queen bedrooms, a den with queen sleep sofa and two full baths. The second level features an expansive primary bedroom suite, sitting area (also with Queen sleep sofa) and luxurious bathroom. Both dens can be walled off with barn style doors to be separate bedrooms. One of the Queen bedrooms on the lower level is a suite with bathroom, wine fridge, sink, drawer dishwasher and separate entrance. The home features a large deck directly off the living room with sofas for lounging and napping, a large gas grill and table for outdoor dining. This home was built with our planet in mind, utilizing eco-friendly solar panels, geothermal and a tankless hot water system, along with exterior and interior shades to keep out the sun and heat. A Level 2 electric charging station was installed in early 2021. Located on a quiet street with a canal at the end, this home is just a short bike ride to downtown Bethany Beach. Things to know *Please note the following: This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Overall great experience! However, the house could have been a little cleaner. Some of the linen was stained and should be replaced. Locks on the upstairs bathroom and bedroom would be nice.

My wife and myself, have previously stayed here late February into March. We had loved it so much, we came back for New Years. It was absolutely a blast. Very quiet neighborhood during the weekend perfectly located in the middle of everything. We love using the fire place every night. Highly recommend this home in Bethany.

The house was amazing. The little amenities were a great touch. The upstairs bathroom is aspirational. My kids loved every minute. Great job all around.

Absolutely loved this place. The house is spacious with tons of amenities. It has a modern layout and an especially nice kitchen/living room area with a gas fireplace. There are three different bedrooms if you’re staying with other guests and want separate spaces, plus several couches and additional places to relax. We felt welcome as soon as we walked in with a handy sheet explaining which remote controls what, some of the green-friendly features of the house, how to use the grill outside, etc. They have board games, books to read, puzzles and even a ping pong table. We loved the patio in the late afternoon/early evening as well — perfect for relaxing with a nice book. The house is on a quiet street. There’s no thru traffic, and we didn’t have any trouble with street or neighbor noise. It’s a short walk to the Bethany beach and several restaurant options. And Bethany is a great little beach town within easy driving distance of Rehoboth and Ocean City — we took day trips to both. Can’t say enough good things about this place. We’ll definitely be going back.
