This gorgeous updated home has beautiful curb appeal, a backyard perfect for entertaining and not one but TWO BOAT LIFTS! As you walk in your taken by the water view and the cozy feel of the home. There are two living areas with the kitchen centrally located. The kitchen is spacious and has gorgeous stone counter tops along with a gas range for cooking and lots of good storage. The home has natural gas. The bedrooms are split plan with 2 upfront with a hall bath in between. The family room and primary bedroom in the rear of the home have 10 Ft ceilings and lots of natural light. The primary suite has a walk in closet and spacious ensuite bath. Wake up to a water view each and every day. From the family room you will enjoy having sliders on both sides for ease of getting out to your back yard and side deck area. There is a gorgeous grand old oak in the back perfect for shade. Boat lifts as follows. One is rated at 10,000 lb and the other approximately 7,500 lb. Deep water with easy boating access to Tampa Bay through Riviera Bay. Great neighborhood with easy access to Tampa and vibrant downtown St.Pete. Have fun watching the manatees and dolphins go by in this extra wide canal. Perfect for the person that loves the salt life. This is a boater and water lovers paradise.

We enjoyed our family's stay at this home. The location was great - only about 10 min to downtown St. Pete. Many great restaurants and beautiful sites nearby. The home is well appointed and comfortable. It could have been a little cleaner - seemed not professionally, just minimally cleaned. Could also use more towels. The patio furniture was new-ish and very comfortable. We visited during the winter and enjoyed the fire table at night. Host was helpful with communications. Thanks for a great stay!

Nice property. Not one of those “afterthought” rental properties where the owner is trying to make as much money as possible by doing the bare minimum. The place and guests are respected and taken care of. Would stay there again, and would recommend.

We had an uninspiring stay. This place is much more dated than the pictures reflect. The blinds throughout the house are dirty and most do not go up and down (or open/close). The dining room rug was soiled. I found 3 dead cockroaches. The white bedroom furniture had multiple stains and significant aging. 3 out of the 5 TVs did not turn on, and the patio furniture was literally falling apart. Most importantly, the refrigerator did not get cold and was filthy. While the owner worked to cure this issue the next day, I was without it for one night and not provided a concession for this inconvenience. That said, I did enjoy the master bedroom, which had a beautiful barnyard door and a large comfy bed. Also, the house has a nice view of the water. Bottom line — If you’re accustomed to newer end or more up to date accommodations, this is not your choice. It was mediocre at best and uninspiring.

If your looking for a quiet place to stay on the water in the St. Pete area, then this is the place. The house is beautifully decorated and located in a quiet neighborhood. All three bedrooms are comfy and quiet. The kitchen is well appointed and has everything you need. If you want to eat in, the dining room has plenty of seating. There is also two livingrooms with large TV’s. The best part is the home being on the water. The view is amazing. You will have no problems seeing dolphins and rays daily. Overall, our stay was great. We also had great communication with the owner. If I could give anything that could be approved upon, it would just be updated outdoor furniture. The current furniture is in rough shape. That however, didn’t effect our stay.

We brought our boat with us for spring vacation. The house was very nice with lots of things to do near by. Just a short ride to downtown St Pete. We would definitely stay again.

This rental is very clean and in a quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed our stay. I appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was. The owner/manager was very responsive and check in and check out easy peasy. There is no bath soaps or blowdryer provided and I was inconvenienced by this a bit as I have come to expect these things. Otherwise, all was good.

Beautiful place to stay. Easy commute between Ybor City and this place. Would have been a 5 star experience if it had had just a few more amenities (hair dryer, basic toiletries-shampoo, body wash) and one coffee serving for first morning. Enjoyed using the paddle boards and getting a visit from stingrays and dolphins!

The house itself was lovely and beautifully furnished but the outside had a lot of debris from some construction. Also, some blinds didn’t work, 2 TV’s didn’t work and some furniture was missing. The owner was told and he planned to rectify these issues after we left. We found the entry system problematic as there was a hitch with my phone. Luckily we were able to contact the owner who could get us in remotely. It would have been helpful to have some instructions re TV operation, recommended stores and restaurants , garbage collection etc.

We had an amazing time in this cute, beach house in a quiet neighborhood. The location was perfect! All the attractions were close by and the view is lovely! The check-in process was simple and effective. The owner was attentive to questions and the house had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Our while family loves to fish. We especially enjoyed the private dock. We enjoyed seeing a manatee that came close to the dock to visit us. Great surprise!

What a Relaxing Stay!

We (my husband, 11-month old son and myself) had a most wonderful stay at this waterfront home. It was a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. The rental had lots of spare paper towels, towels, hand wash soaps, etc so we never called to ask for something to be replenished. It was super clean and the beds and bed covers/comforters were plush and comfortable. There was also m an abundance of smart TVs (two in common areas, one in master bedroom and another bedroom). The fridge had an ice dispenser which was great for the summer Florida weather. I must make an honorable mention to say that Brent and Brian are probably the most accommodating hosts I’ve met both on Vrbo and airbnb! We asked for a high chair and pack and play for our 11 month old prior to arrival and both were delivered before we arrived! There was a minor mishap when the door to the garage from inside malfunctioned and we were locked out (be careful to make sure the lock on the garage door handle from inside is vertical not horizontal before reflexively shutting the door behind you to do laundry etc). But Brian was quick to send someone over to let us in! We spent a most wondrous week at this well appointed rental and won’t hesitate to be back!

This property is absolutely beautiful! The pictures and description does it no justice. We did not know the area so I was not sure about the neighborhood but was pleasantly surprised to see that it was a quiet beautiful neighborhood. The neighbors were also very welcoming. Perfect home for vacationing. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful. It felt brand new and the layout was great for a family. The neighborhood is very quiet and my children caught lots of fish from the dock. We definitely will be back.

Our stay was short, but very pleasant. The home was just as beautiful as the photos; well appointed, tastefully decorated, and clean. The neighborhood felt very safe and was nice and quiet. Every amenity we needed was on hand...plush beds, quality linens, and all the creature comforts one needs in a home away from home. Brent was very responsive throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this home for your next stay!

House was amazing! We will definitely be back. The house was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The owner was quick to respond with any questions I also had prior to arrival. My only suggestion is to get bigger shower heads for your bathrooms as the showers are big and the showerheads did not have great water pressure.

This VRBO was everything you could want. The host was very thoughtful and left items we may need. The rooms, kitchen, bathrooms and common areas were all updated and sparklingly clean. All the appliances are up to date or new. All new pots, pans, dishes and baking supplies were at the ready. The sheets and other linens were all of great quality. The best is the view from the back yard/boat dock! I woke up every morning to the sun shining and people stand up paddle boarding, kayaking or boating on the channel. I used the patio off the Master for morning yoga, and we all had a fabulous time on the paddle boards. We saw dolphins! There are two relaxation areas outside with a thoughtful layout and lovely landscaping. Mature trees host the busy bird life. One additional perk that was very nice was having a garage to pull into - it just made everything easier. Access was remote, and when we had a question, we called our host who answered immediately and got us right in. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you so much for letting us stay!
