The immaculate kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an island for preparing your favorite recipes. After meals together at the dining table, unwind for conversation next to the gas fireplace in the welcoming living area. A large flatscreen TV sets the scene for movie nights. Added perks include children’s cookware, a kid’s bedroom with games, free WiFi, and included beach towels. This condo can be rented together with The Rosewood Roost as The Rosewood. Things to Know Free WiFi Full kitchen Streaming is available with own accounts The family dogs are welcome (two dogs max) *Please note that this home has active security cameras (one at the front door facing the driveway and one on the telephone pole at the driveway coming into the property). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. My husband and our 2 kids and their families stayed here for a few nights to celebrate my father-in-laws 100th birthday. The home is updated, very clean and beautifully furnished. We hosted 2 large dinners with extended family and the kitchen and open floor plan worked out perfectly! Samantha the manager was very helpful and attentive. We especially loved the fireplace and beautiful view off of the deck. We would stay there again when we come back!

We look forward to visiting again. Home was ideal for our family. Great kitchen well stocked and equipped for making meals. Layout of the house also well suited for socializing. Super easy check in and check out. Lovely spot

We loved everything of this house. After the earthquake we got transferred to this house. As we were in a cabin outside of town, we didn't like the idea of being in town. But once here, we enjoyed all its facilities and its convenience after an earthquake. It was a beautiful home and confortable for all my family.

This home was the perfect home base for our family and our dog while exploring the area. We will definitely be back! It’s clean, updated, feels super safe, and is big enough for a family of 5 and a dog. We all loved this house. Although we spent more time exploring the redwood coast, it was the perfect home to come back to and relax at the end of the day! Also, keep in mind, the house also has a vacation rental above the garage, listed as The Rosewood Roost, that could be utilized for a bigger family on vacation, where you can rent the whole house. We rented the Rosewood Retreat, which is the main portion of the home, the entire house is listed as The Rosewood. Great spot, we highly recommend!
