Enjoy a spacious, warm, bright and comfortable townhome with three bedrooms. each with its own attached bathroom for comfort and privacy! This place is good for group travelers, families and multi-generational groups. Nearby grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants. Close to bus route or take a short Uber ride to downtown. The home has 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, spacious at 1400 sqft. This is a 3 story townhome with no step to entrance. **Floor Plan** • First Floor: main entrance, bedroom with full size bed, ensuite bathroom w/shower, garage (not available for guest use except for emergency access to electric panel/furnace & internet). Air conditioned. • Second Floor: Living room with two sets of sofa (one sofa is a full size pull out bed), dining, kitchen, half bath. Air conditioned • Third Floor: Two bedrooms with queen beds, both with ensuite bathrooms. Laundry. Air conditioned. **Home Highlights** • Dedicated parking spot plus ample street parking • Central A/C (Newly installed!) to beat the summer heat • Great floor plan - bed & bath on different levels, three bedrooms each with attached bathrooms • Kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, keurig coffee & tea • High quality bed, mattress, pillows & linens for comfortable sleeping • Smart TV for streaming. • Onsite washer and dryer for your laundry needs **About the Reservation** • In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening. • We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise. • Any stay longer than 30 days requires additional tenant screening, lease signing and security deposit to fully confirm your reservation. **Additional Info About the Home** • Garage is not part of the rental; there is dedicated parking on the private driveway (tandem parking for 2 small cars or one large car) • The unit is at the intersection of two main roads. There will be some road noise when you open the bedroom windows. We provide ear plugs so you can have a better sleep. • This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout. **About Fees & Pricing** • The regular nightly rate covers 6 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 8 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests. • We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing. **House Rules** • This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets. • Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

Wonderful stay! Very clean and cozy. Very nice host. Bathroom per bedroom 💯 awesome. Close to downtown Seattle. Had fun walking around and viewing the ocean. Good food! Great cultural experience. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved this house! Spacious enough for 3 adult couples and loved that we each had our own bathroom! Large dining table for meals and board game too! Communication with the owner could not have been better! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable! We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a great stay, property is great for a group, well stocked and very clean. The beds could use an upgrade (very hard) but we would stay there again in a heartbeat. One thing to note it is located on a fairly busy road and is quite loud at night but nothing white noise can't drown out. Joanne is great and was very accommodating. Highly recommend this home.

We chose this property because we needed to be near the hospital that my husband was having surgery yet. The place was very functional three bedrooms, three bath multi levels. It was a little noisy from the road as there was lots of traffic. The one thing I think they could improve on would be more kitchen items. Meaning pots pans things to cook with there is enough plates and things like that but just not a lot of cooking. Things are devices that you would need if you wanted to make meals. The cleanliness was a three we found things that weren’t vacuum, swept cobwebs. It just didn’t feel as clean as other VRBO‘s that we were in, but it was manageable. parking was a little hard. There was no place to park other than beside it and as a quick turn up a little hill that was difficult. Overall the place and what we needed it for was good. We didn’t spend a lot of time there.

This place was perfect. Originally there was just 5 of us. Then some friends joined us making it 7. Plenty of room. All of the bathrooms was fantastic. Very clean, and the recommendations we got from the property manager were great as well. I highly recommend this for 8 visitors.

Very nice property in a good location. Exactly what we needed. Check in was super easy and host was incredibly responsive. Some of the best communication I’ve ever had with a VRBO or other rentals. Only issue is the upstairs rooms were a little noisy at night (street noise) and a couple of the rooms were a little too warm. Overall great stay though!

Very nice place and great location. Easy drive to popular Seattle tourist locations. Parking in actual home was very difficult due to curb, hill and rocks, but plenty of easy street parking. Place was clean and comfortable for our night stays. Bring your own tv connections (hdmi,usb,etc) basic antenna tv available only. And bring your own games if staying with family. Plenty of room for games. Nice cozy place for 2 families with 3 kids.

This place is great! Beautiful and very clean accommodations. We were 3 couples that stayed there. Each bedroom with their own bathroom was a huge plus! It’s was an easy ride to many places in Seattle we wanted to see. We would stay there again!

My wife and I had to spend 11 days in Seattle and this house was in a great location with easy access to any major routes around Seattle and the greater. In addition, the house provided everything we needed to make the extended stay comfortable. Owner very responsive as well!

Everything the photos showed were what we imagined the townhouse would deliver. We hosted a dinner for family and friends. The kitchen was well stock with pot and pans, etc. We also enjoyed the gas fireplace.

The property was lovely and in a great location. Everything was clean and comfortable. I really appreciated that there was a handheld shower head. Communication was attentive and easy. Check-in and out were simple. Definitely worth staying at again.

Weather can be unpredictable these days, and it was comforting as a Texan to have the security of central heat and air for this property. The townhouse is clean and comfortable, and there is an Amazon Fresh store within short walking distance for anything you need including delivery within same day. We enjoyed being just a short drive from downtown and had a great time!

We are from from South Texas. It was our first time in Seattle. We had a great time!! Our accommodations we awesome!! Plenty of room for everyone! Really helped having the 3 bathrooms. Was very clean, plenty of kitchen utensils and plates. Would highly recommend this house. Was very close to the downtown area. Only a few minutes drive.
