About this condo rental
Located in Plumas Eureka, this attractive condo for $232 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. 3 BEDROOM 3 BATH, SLEEPS UP TO 8 PEOPLE Full Remodel complete with AIR CONDITIONING on the 2nd floor. Snug on the bank of the Plumas Pines pond on the golf course you will find this fantastic condo. This large condo sits on the best lot in the area. The cozy living room has a wood burning stove and 58” smart TV. Staying in is easy with the well-stocked kitchen including air fryer, crock pot, Keurig, blender and quality cookware. The deck is equipped with a 5 burner propane BBQ ready for cookouts. The primary bedroom has a Cal-King. Two more bedrooms - one with (2) Queens and the other with (1) Full-size and (1) Twin bed. Complete with fresh linens and pillows for your convenience. The 2nd floor is equipped with air conditioning. Very few properties in this area have air conditioning, and although the nights are always cool, the days can be hot and it can take a few hours for a house to cool down. Closing the house in am when it is cool will minimize heat in afternoon We do offer a 10% discount on service teams contracted to the area. Contact us for further details. Our "No Pets" rule is based on pet allergies. If you must bring your pet then check our Tree House listing below. We do allow pets there. If you bring a pet HERE then we must have carpets cleaned which requires an extra day between rentals---a cost of $500 is passed on to you. There are other rentals that welcome pets, sorry. There is something for everyone in Plumas County. Regardless of Spring, Summer, Fall or Winter; there is always something to do. If you enjoy golf, this home is surrounded by the beautiful Plumas Pines Golf Resort and five other championship golf courses are within easy driving distance. Walk down to the Feather River to fish or swim, or head out to the nearby Gold Lakes basin for spectacular hiking, fishing, swimming and boating. Hiking trails, fishing, kayaking, snowmobile rides, sledding, skiing, floating the Feather River, brewery, dining, and shopping. We are walking distance to Feather River and approximately 4 miles to Johnsville ski area (back country skiing, snowboarding, sledding). Great for families, reunions, golfers, retreats, and relaxing getaways Be sure to visit The Brewing Lair just outside of Blairsden, a micro-brewery with facilities for grilling, relaxing and socializing. There are also many fine restaurants in the area offering cuisine in a variety of different settings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, so much so, we wish we could have extended it. The host was prompt in communicating with us, the location is breathtaking and the beds were so comfy. Even the towels in the bathrooms were spectacular. We hope to return again in the future.

The only thing wrong was the kitchen chairs. Throw them out and start over. Sit way to low and they have no backs. Everything else was great.

This is second time we have stayed in this unit for a golf trip. The place is very nice and has just about everything you need. No icemaker, so you'll need to bring ice - no biggie. The only miss is that wifi is not available to guests. There is wifi in the unit, but it's not accessable to guests. The owners state that the place is low tech or whatever, but it needs wifi as most guests will want or need it.

The dwelling certainly met our needs, was well stocked and the views off the deck are awesome and the wildlife around the pond was an unexpected bonus.

We enjoyed a relaxing stay and saw an otter in the pond, a bald eagle, and plenty of other birds. Our only recommendation is to screen in the deck to prevent the prodigious build-up of bird feces. The other option is to remove the light strings that they land upon. The home was well-stocked and clean, and the enclosed garage fits two regular-sized vehicles. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

The Water’s Edge condo was a perfect getaway for Nana’s birthday. The unit is large and accommodated all of us with room to spare. Having 3 bathrooms was a bonus! The living space is spacious and the views fantastic. The kitchen had everything you could want or need. Honestly, I can’t speak highly enough about this property.
Garrett our host was readily available before, during and after our weekend.

The property was exactly as advertised. It's in a beautiful setting at the end of the road and very quiet. Newly updated, clean, and spacious. We had seven adults and we all agreed that we would come back again! A real find.

We were here three days, and it was an incredibly relaxing experience. Beautiful scenery! Too hot to hike during the afternoons, so we relaxed on the deck and watched the wildlife and just simply enjoyed the ambience. The house was gorgeous. We could not have asked for anything more. We will definitely be visiting this property in the future.

The home was comfortable, a bit dated but worked for four of us lady golfers. The biggest issue was the 100 degree plus weather we experienced with NO air conditioning. Upon arrival the home was terribly hot and muggy. We opened it up Decided that o one could sleep upstairs and moved all the fans downstairs and began the cooling process. By 8pm we had it cooled down to the 80's. All four of us slept down stairs. The lake was more like a pond with lots and lots of mosquitos, but we still enjoyed the back deck when it cooled off. I would love to take a power washer to the deck and get all the bird poop and dirt off. Well, overall we have no regrets and enjoyed golf at a couple of great courses. Next time AC is a must. Thank you

We had a great time. It was hot, but not bad with no AC, actually cold at night. We had a great time.

The location is great. Is a little dated but clean and comfortable.
I enjoyed the stay. House is older but nice. The settling is great. The upstairs bedroom & bathroom get really hot. They need more air-conditioning in the summer. Also the trash instructions are not clean at all. The number listed goes to voice recording that is not helpful. We had to drive around looking of a dumpster to dump trash for a while. These are only suggestions. Overall I thought it was a good stay.
