About this villa rental
This ideally situated villa is perfect for family holidays especially for families with older children Who are seeking a bit of independence, two couples with young children or two family generations.
Situated in a quiet cul de sac this two storey villa comprises of two separated floors, the top one with two double bedrooms, kitchen and lounge with a dining area and includes an outdoor terrace with a view of the sea.
The lower floor has a huge bedroom that sleeps three, a shower room and a small lounge area. It opens on to the large Directly newly built swimming pool terrace and barbecue area.
It is surrounded by Its Own secure large mature gardens With plenty of parking space.
The owners are on hand As They live very locally and can arrange laundry if required.
The main Moraira beach is a short walk away With its selection of restaurants and bars. An smart restaurant is recommended Within easy walking distance up the road.
This villa is fairly unique for Moriara Because of Its proximity to the beach, town and port and the fact can be Easily They Reached by foot as the parking in town is limited in the summer months.

Beautiful villa in Moraira, short walk to town and beach but far enough away to be peaceful and relaxingLovely views, fantastic communication with host prior to arrival, during our stay and at departure. Villa has everything you need for comfort. Full kitchen, laundry, living room, plenty of outside space. Only 2 of us for 8 days but villa would suit more with 2 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs, another bedroom downstairs with bathroom. Local walks, daily swims in the pool and sea, thank you Mayte and Tiziano for a great holiday.

We expected it to be a good villa but it turned out to be excellent. The garden/swimming pool were very well kept and very secluded. Everything you could have needed was in the villa. The hosts greeted us when we arrived and showed us round the property, they are brilliant.

When we were looking for somewhere to stay we wanted it to be within walking distance to the town and beach as we have a 4 year old. We saw the villa that was very well priced for the location and what it looked like in the pictures and had great reviews so we booked it, our experience was so good we are already planning a return next year.
We were here for not just a holiday but a wedding also so we had a few questions prior to our arrival and the owners Mayte and Tiziano were excellent in ensuring we had what we needed for the big day, they also live next door for any requirements or problems you may have and provide good local information if you want it.
You tend to be disappointed when seeing photos online and the reality is never quite the same, the photos looked excellent bit the reality is it's even better, what a lovely villa with a superb pool and everything u need, bbq, inflatables etc and you are greeted with a nice selection of wine, beer etc which is ideal.
We arrived at 1am and it was no problem and greeted warmly and shown around.
A taxi is around 6 euro to town if you dont fancy the walk but it is an easy walk.
All in all I dont have a negative thing to say and Moraira itself is lovely, if you can book during a festival do so as they put on a spectacular show also.
