About this house rental
Pet friendly beach cottage a short 2 block walk from the ocean. Three bedrooms and 1 bath that comfortably sleeps 6. Recently renovated with granite countertops, new floors, and fresh paint everywhere. Large lot with plenty of room to play and run your dogs. It has a large screened front porch to sit to enjoy your morning coffee and listen to the ocean. There are 2 queen beds and 1 full bed. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is a washer and dryer. Bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels provided.
Walk to numerous restaurants, bars, shops, dog park, public tennis courts and playground.
We are dog friendly with a $75 pet fee.

I loved the huge comfortable screened in porch. We spent a lot of time there when we weren’t at the beach. The kids love being so close to the park. There was plenty of room for us and our two dogs and the house was very very clean and had all the amenities that you could ask for. I was so excited to see plenty of beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys and even a beach umbrella. And best of all it was a very short walk to the beach. you cannot ask for a better host than Rodney..

Great location! All amenities that we needed. Comfortable beds! Owner was very responsive. Easy check in. We hope to stay again in the future.

This is a the perfect location for a beach vacation. There’s a farmers market on Tuesday afternoons and restaurants all in walking distance. There’s beach is a few steps away. I love this property for the screened in front porch where we would relax and feel the breeze. Check in and out is very easy. We had no issues. Love the place.
