- 1 dishwasher detergent
- 1 paper towel
- 1 toilet paper per bathroom
- 1 trash bag per trash can
A departure clean is included in your stay.
Rates do not include Taxes and Service Fees. MINIMUM AGE 23. 8 ADULTS MAX. Photo ID may be required at check-in. We do not rent to Horry County Residents.
There are security cameras located in the front and back of the building. There are no cameras inside the unit.
There is a 2-vehicle limit per unit. Dogs are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $95 per pet.
Rental agreement must be signed upon booking to ensure a seamless check-in process.
We do NOT accept third-party payment sites (Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, etc.)

Nice comfortable 2 bedroom house. Very close to the beach and a very clean neighborhood. Only down side was the 8am wake up to yard maintenance crews. Otherwise definitely recommend.

Good communications. The grill grate was in rough shape and some interior doors were difficult to close all the way.

The house was not very clean at all. The outside was loaded with spider webs as you climb the stairs up to the entrance. The patio area was dirty with cushions that had mold on them, as well as a couple of chairs that were not safe to sit in. Inside dusting was minimal as we could see dust on the tv stand and underneath. We also had to sweep up sand upon arrival (more than what would be considered reasonable). There were also roaches crawling in the kitchen every morning. And yes, I know that happens at the beach. However, for the money I spent for our short trip I don’t think that should be expected. I’ve stayed in plenty of homes at the beach where there were none. There were also minimal dishes and things in the kitchen.There was also no hose outside that would allow us to rinse off our things once we came in from the beach.
