Great location for a family trip to Blackpool. Spacious and clean

Liked the look of the property both inside and out .appreciated the on site parking and my grandson loved the retro video game .Good communication and fast reply on booking
The path from the parking and to front entrance was filled with pieces of slate which made it extremely difficult to walk on ,never mind push suitcases and a baby buggy on it .The front door didn’t seem very secure .Once in the hall there was a nasty smell and once again the door to the apartment did not feel secure .The overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired I had to sweep the living room floor before the little one could take their shoes off .There was a really unsafe glass coffee table in the living room and when sweeping I found small pieces of glass and someone’s false nail and lots of hair .The kitchen was well equipped but there was a lack of a welcome pack to tell you how to use appliances and was not given a WiFi password ,though when I messaged regarding not being able to get the oven on I did get a quick reply .The step to the bunk bed was broken and there was a rather unsettling missing lock on the patio doors in the back bed room .We presumed it was screwed shut but as the back yard is open did not feel entirely safe in this room .All the furniture and fittings were fairly new ,which was why we chose the apartment as very roomy and minimalistic ,as we did have 2 small children with us but it looks like the upkeep had been neglected .The area around the property is in decline which I know is not the owners fault but two doors down there were people sat outside smoking weed and drinking who we had to pass each time we entered or left the property which is sad as an ideal location for quick access to the sea front

It was spacious and good location
The double bed was broken there was no tv remote for bedroom tv no coffee and the radiator was loose in the bunk room also a lot of surfaces dust throughout the apartment
