Glenny was an absolutely wonderful host and was very accommodating to my requests for an early check-in. The apartment was just as pictured and even came with bonus water bottles in the fridge and a tin of cornbread muffins on the dining table! Those muffins were exactly what we needed and prevented us from needing to run to the grocery store. Overall great place and cannot wait to stay again!

My daughter & I had a lovely trip to NYC and really enjoyed our apartment in Union City. It was comfortable and warm, just what we needed after a busy day walking the streets of NY. Close to a great bus service into Manhattan and the recommendation from Glenny for a local place to eat was also fab!

This place was perfect! Came for a NYC trip and it was so easy getting to and from the city. A bunch of bus stops close by and easy to figure out. The place was a great size and so cute and worked out so well. 100% recommend for anyone coming to NYC!

I can't say enough nice things about this property! SO clean, has everything you need in a spacious kitchen and comfy bed. The living room has a smart TV and a list of nearby attractions and bus schedule. I rarely feel so at home in a rental, but this property is wonderful; beautiful, comfortable, peaceful, close to everything and free parking, this is the place you want to stay. Also: Check out the Argentinian Bakery just a short walk down the street, you won't be disappointed!

This was my first time booking though Vrbo. So glad I found this apartment. It was a cute clean apartment that meet our needs . It was walking distance to the bus which made it very easy to get to NY . Only this is the bed was not comfortable. It was very hard and gave us back pain . Other than that this place was perfect for our get away . I would recommend it .

This was a great little place to stay. The hosts are very responsive and sweet. The place is adorable, and it's walking distance to some nice little restaurants. Having free off street parking was wonderful. Union City was a nice place to be, not far from New York and only about 15 minutes from the MetLife stadium. We would definitely stay there again!

This apartment is a gem! Easy check in, very clean, great parking and plenty of restaurants close by. We stayed here for a 2 day event at Metlife Stadium which is only a few miles away. We also walked to the end of the street and caught the bus to Manhattan for a day of sight seeing. Public transportation was much easier, cheaper and less frustrating than driving into the city and only took 20 minutes. We were very happy with our choice to stay here and would definitely do it again! We highly recommend!

We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the accommodation. A renovated small apartment, with a nice little kitchen and a nice bathroom in between the bedroom and the main room, which makes the perfect setting for people who want to use both rooms and meet in-between. The response from the owner was always prompt and was a pleasure to deal with. There's even a YouTube vide on how to check-in. I would say this place is one of the best in terms of quality-price as a base for visiting New York. The bus station (line 125 brings you in less than 30 min in Times Square) is less than 5 minutes walk, We had a great stay and we would definitively return!!!

Dont hesitate to book this quaint apartment. The owner was friendly. Its in a great quiet neighborhood, totally safe. 1/2 block to bus stop. It was exactly like the pictures. Clean, well supplied and well decorated!

Very nice newly updated basement apartment with all the amenities we needed...super clean and well stocked. The owners are "over the top" friendly and helpful. Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend this rental.

We needed some where to stay , sort of last minute, due to the unexpected passing of my father in law. The family is from Bronx, New York. Since we were traveling with our newborn , we wanted to stay out of the city. The commute was easy. Check in was flexible and simple. Area was clean and as described. We would consider to stay again when we return. This little place was a saving grace for us!

The apartment was just right for a long weekend getaway to NYC for the holidays. The bus to the city was less than a block away and ran roughly once an hour. Our host suggested a tapas place near the apartment and we opted to walk the few blocks rather than take advantage of the free valet parking - it was a great recommendation! A grocery store and some other little shops were only a couple of blocks away as well. The apartment had everything you could need and was the perfect spot to rest our heads after a long day of being tourists. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

We enjoyed our time at this condo. It was clean and had very nice touches. The water bottles in the fridge were really nice! It was easy to get into Manhattan from here and we felt safe in the neighborhood.

The property was completely spotless. All fixtures were in good working order. Bathroom products and linens were of high quality. Air conditioning was from a window unit that was effective. We did not meet the host. However, she was usually easy to contact by telephone and promptly dealt with a toilet issue. She also left some muffins, coffee and bottled water for our arrival. The neighbourhood was brightly lit overnight and most people seemed friendly. I always felt safe when walking at night. A supermarket, Chinese takeaway and bus to NYC were close by. The parking spot was best suited to mid-size or smaller cars. The upstairs neighbours got a bit excited on a couple of evenings but, spontaneously settled down around midnight. Overall, I would strongly recommend this property and I hope to stay there again.
