Clean, comfortable, classy. Large community space with oversized couch and dining table. Great location in central Austin. Communications with Host were almost instantaneous.

We stayed here for a friends bachelor party. It was the perfect spot when laying low during the day! Lots of food near by and Ubers were always 4-8 minutes away! House was awesome! Host was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions! Would recommend to anyone going to Austin!

We stayed for ten days for a family event. The house was perfect. It was clean, well located and on a quiet street. The owner was very quick to respond to anything we needed. Our son and family live nearby and we won’t hesitate to stay there again.

This house was perfect for our girls weekend! From the booking process to check out everything was great. He house was clean and looked just like the pictures. The house was stocked with everything you can think of. It was very clean and we felt right at home. The house is only about 15-20 min away from 6th street. Cassandra was so easy to work with and check in on to make sure there was nothing we needed once we checked in. She even offered suggestions on things to do prior to our arrival. I would 100 percent recommend this house and if I visit Texas again this is where I would want to stay!

Stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette. 11 of us fit very comfortably. Cassandra was so prompt with replying with any questions I had and even gave tons of great recommendations for us to do while in Austin! The house was absolutely perfect. Pictures don’t even do it justice. The main living space is HUGE, it was so big that we even had a yoga class in the living room. The house was well stocked with everything we needed, including coffee pods, fresh bag of ice, and common kitchen condiments! The bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels and she even had high end facial products like face wash and lotion! Can’t recommend this house enough for a big group of friends or family!

My two co-workers and I stayed at this house while we were in town for a 3-week project. The house was perfect for our needs. We each had our own bedroom, and the ample common space allowed us to convene and collaborate comfortably. The house is well-appointed with any creature comfort you could need. We were able to cook and do laundry as if we were at our own homes. The water pressure and temperature were great and we truly have no complaints and will stay there again should work take us back to Austin. We communicated with the owner multiple times and she was always very responsive and helpful.

Cassandra was an absolutely amazing host for my friend’s bachelorette trip to Austin! There were 7 of us total and the bride could not have been happier about the house. Centrally located to all the Austin spots we had an amazing time and Cassandra was so helpful and communicative if we needed her. Highly highly recommend!

Went with a few cousins to celebrate my girlfriend's 25th birthday. We went to 6th street Friday night, Dons Fish Camp Saturday morning and went home Sunday. Anytime in between those events we just enjoyed the house. All our jaws dropped at how clean and organized everything was! Housekeeping did a great job preparing the house for our arrival. If we needed anything that we forgot at home, the house had it! From bobby pins, extra blankets and even a wide variety of games to play! Fast wifi and a gigantic couch to enjoy a scary movie after a long day! Back yard was very private and I rarely saw any of the neighbors. The skylights lit up the entire house during the day, he hardly ever turned on the lights! Lol. Definitely 10/10. In absolutely every category. Cassandra was the most helpful host I’ve ever had the privilege of speaking with. Thank you for everything! My girlfriend actually cried of how beautiful the house was!! P.s. The beds are impossible to get out of! Extremely comfortable!! Best sleep I’ve had on a trip!

My friends and I stayed here for a bachelorette trip weekend. The home was beautiful. Loads of snacks, waters, toiletries, etc. were there for our use. Our hosts were super communicative and fast at responding when we needed things. It was a perfect place for us to stay!

Cassandra was incredible through our entire booking process and stay. She let us decorate the house, check-in a little early, she dropped off coffee creamer, had suggestions of places to go, and just as a whole was amazing to work with. The location is perfect as it’s close to the domain and is a quick Uber to 6th/Rainey. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and I truly can’t say enough good things. I will look for this place every time I come to Austin. Thank you so much Cassandra!!!!
