We booked last minute for 4 nights. We din't know what was waiting for us when we get to Sarande. And we were positively surprized. The property is relatively new and well maintained. The highlight is the sea view room. The staff is excellent, warm and friendly. So much so that the receptionist got our forgotten things delivered to us after we checked out. Rooms are cleaned everyday while you are away and in-room amenities (towels, coffee etcc..) are replenished every day. Best part is the sea view as the property is location up the hill. Overall, This place is superb value for money.
Property is a bit far away from city center but that can be compensated with the qulaity of the propety itself. A kitchen would have been great but that its absolutely ok as you have access to nearby supermarket and cafes.

The rooms were very spacious and modern. They were cleaned every day which was also nice.
There’s private parking which is also good.
Probably the worst part is the location. It is very hard to access as the road was very steep and some parts were dirt. Also, on booking it says it’s 750m away from the centre but it’s more like 1,5-2km.
We were also moved to two different rooms because the AC was leaking (in both rooms).
