Convenient location near the port. Great place for anyone who has never been to Sarande. In the middle of the action. Had great food at restaurant. The free breakfast was next level. Very personable and attentive staff.
Not the best location if you are strictly there for beach life. Can get a little loud on the strip.

The location is perfect, just 6 minutes away from the port and within walking distance of bus stops with connections to nearby cities such as Ksamil and Himarë.
The view from the room was amazing, with a beautiful direct view of the sea. The room itself was very clean and comfortable.
The owner was very nice and welcoming, and provided us with all the information we needed during our stay. We also appreciated being able to leave our luggage at the restaurant after check-out, which was very convenient.
The breakfast was varied and delicious, with many homemade options prepared using fresh fruits and vegetables. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place.
There were a few things that could be improved. There was no elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up three flights of stairs, which was a little inconvenient.
The property was also somewhat noisy. The air conditioning was positioned directly above the bed, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times.
Unfortunately, there was also a dog nearby that howled throughout the night, which was quite annoying and made it difficult to sleep.

Great location in the boulevard, clean, comfortable, mini kitchen in our room which was nice to have. We also had an iron in the room, which often times I can’t find in many high end hotels. Breakfast had plenty of variety, I informed them about my gluten allergy and they went above and beyond to try and provide more gluten free options for me like rice cakes, halva, extra eggs, cheese and much more (no bread though as I had brought my own, but I’m sure they would satisfy that request if asked).
There’s no elevator, parking is a few hundred meters away and is not included in the price, there was this dog barking in the evenings on the top floor, fortunately it would stop at night. I think it was the hotel’s and not guests’.
