Very clean. Accessibility. Nice breakfast with very good staff service. Comfy bed. Gerte was very helpful carrying our luggage to the bus stop. The hotel has a very unique style-mis matched furniture/rugs/wall decor (added character to the hotel feels but I love it!

Our room was spacious and comfortable. And clean. The breakfast was great (no buffet). The staff was really accommodating, they even allowed us to leave our room a bit later. The location was also good, 5 min on food from the promenade and well connected (bus, taxi, etc).
Not much, if I had to say something negative, just the fact that the shower curtain was too short and water was everywhere while/after shower.

Location (up a hill) was good away from the noise of the promenade. Breakfast was A LOT so go hungry as you don’t get a choice, but they’ll happily give you tin foil to take away what you can’t finish. The decor is so kitsch!
Rooms are tiny and airless, even with AC. People smoke a lot out the front so can’t have balcony open as comes into room even on higher floor. Mainly though, I feel the manager is a scammer. I contacted the hotel more than two weeks before arriving via Booking.com, email and WhatsApp to change to be one night. We kept contacting and got no reply. Arrived on what was our ‘second’ night to him being rude at us and then when I checked out, he kept trying to make me pay for two nights telling me how all those methods of comms are broken so he never got my message (though there was a note against my name so he was lying). I needed to haggle down to a single night charge and even then paid €10 more than I should’ve.
