The guy at the reception was very nice and friendly, and that good impression made our stay very pleasant. He kept our suitcases before the check in, he kept our drinks cold in the fridge, and he gave us beach towels as we had asked. So attentive and perfect. Room was spacious, clean, had everything what we needed. Breakfast was tasty and very nice at the outside terrace. So perfect. Thank you.

The free parking is a hassle if you arrive late because the pedestrian zone barriers come up until 1am.

The location is excellent – right on the seafront promenade, close to restaurants, cafés, and the beach. Very convenient if you’re looking to stay in the center of Saranda.
We paid for a “sea view room,” but the view was almost completely blocked by another building. You could barely see the sea, which was disappointing and felt misleading.
Also, there was no complimentary bottle of water in the room upon arrival, which is a basic courtesy that should be expected from a hotel at this price point and location.
