Location and balcony view. Laid back during day watching boats. Noisy at night which we loved. Music noise stopped about 12.30

The location is honestly perfect. It’s right in the middle of all of the action and is right on the beach. You will get a oceanfront balcony that looks over the marina so it’s very lively, yes, a little bit loud, but you’re coming to a beach town so that’s to be expected.
The hotel is beautifully decorated and has a good breakfast up on the rooftop. I recommend the rooftop at Sunset as well for very beautiful views in both directions. 
The room was honestly a lot smaller than we expected so it was difficult to maneuver around and was the smallest room by far out of the last seven hotels in Albania/Croatia that we stayed in. It was also the only one that did not provide water bottles and told us they didn’t even have them to buy at the hotel.
The bathroom had a significant amount of mold and mildew, so I sneezed a lot in the room. The bathroom mirror was cracked, and the bedding was dirty, but the front desk girl made a extremely big fuss about seeing makeup on my dirty towel and told me I was going to have to pay for it! (I did not because obviously it washed off). Seemed quite hypocritical and weird.

It was central to all the beachfront activities. Lovely seafront views.
So noisy. Day and night. Admittedly the evening entertainment stopped at midnight. Very noisy party ships depart from the harbour in front of the hotel. There’s a roof top bar next door.
