Fabulous location! Short walk into town/main attractions of Bath along a lovely little walk that includes going across Pultney bridge. There's a pretty park nearby and for the Jane Austen fan, you are near Sydney Place and Gardens where she first lived in Bath if you wanted to see it. The living room and bedroom are both very comfortable and nicely decorated. The living room also has some cosy blankets if needed. Was pleasantly surprised by the provisions in the kitchen that included tea, coffee, sugar, salt etc and also enough toilet roll to last our stay (random point to make but it's always annoying when they only have one roll!). Lock box was easily located outside although we did arrive during the day so was easy to see. All in all, a good stay!
Bathroom is a bit tired but it is a holiday home so to be expected and wasn't an issue for us plus the shower pressure was great with lots of hot water! Clean and lots of toilet roll. Towels provided were clean and big which was great.

Lounge was spacious with a comfy sofa and chair
Wi-Fi not the strongest for two laptops, ok for streaming and web surfing from tablets. thankfully I had my own 4G/5G router which enabled me to work from the property.
Main kitchen surfaces were clean, top of the microwave and a couple of other surfaces felt of grease.
Bathroom doesn’t have great ventilation, the finishes looked tired and the floor in the doorway was unlevel.
Outside space was overgrown and the table/chairs outside were too dirty to be used which was a shame.

The apartment is quite basic but spacious enough and in a very good spot for walking into and around Bath. It was reasonably clean internally and comfortable enough.
I was very disappointed with the condition of the outside space, especially the back entrance to the garden. It was a mess and really needs some attention, and the garden was overgrown and neglected. It could be amazing with a little care and cleaning and a real asset to the property. It doesn't have an iron, and as a long distance traveler I really needed one. Communication with the agency was simple enough, but no issues I had were solved. Very frustrating. When I booked it said an 11am exit, which was one the reasons I booked it, and this was changed to 10am with a charge if I stayed longer. I was also told I would receive the door code the day before, which I needed because I don't have a smart phone and was in transit...this didn't happen and I got no apology. It made getting the code really difficult. I was sent so many different confirmation forms it was ridiculous.
