This area is known has a healing oasis which is the home to some of the purest hot and cold mineral springs in the world thanks to an underground aquifer beneath the city. Nestled in midst of several attractions and only 10 drive to Palm Springs and Joshua Tree. The perfect escape for those seeking relaxation and wellness. Parking for 3 cars provided. Uber and Lyft are also readily available. * Minutes to downtime Palm Springs. * Office spaces with 34 inches monitor, electric height adjustable desk, wireless printer, file cabinet * Pool table * Game Machine * Smart Goku TV in all bedrooms, Livingroom and outdoor patio * Self check-in via access code * Many pool toys & life jackets for kids * Kid-friendly pool. * Security rings camera on front back and side for your own protection * Your safety is very important to us: This place is located in a quiet, nice and safe neighborhood of many retired business owners, and police officers. *********************************************************** Pool Heating: We can heat the pool up to 80 degrees* between the hours of 10am - 6pm for an additional $60 a day. Please let us know at least 24 hours prior to your arrival date if you are interested in having the pool heated for your stay. You can pay in advance or pay directly to our property manager when you check in. Hot tub Spa: Please enjoy our hot tube that can be heated up to 100 degrees. ********************************************************* Disclaimer This is our 2nd home. We stay here at least one week each month. We love pets. Unfortunately, my 4 year old son is extremely allergic to pet hair. He has been rushed to the hospital in the past as a result of a life threatening allergic reaction. We are truly sorry to be unable to accommodate guests with pets. Please let us know immediately if a pet has been in the house so that we can take all necessary precautions to protect the health and safety of our son. Failure to do so might be held accountable for my son's life *********************************************************

We had such a great time and the house and property is beautiful, just like the pics. The temperature of the house was perfect even though it was super hot. Communication with the owners was fantastic. Nick was so welcoming and friendly and made sure we had what we needed. The pool table was awesome. The pool was great! Yard is amazing. Just a beautiful place! Thank you!

We had such a great time and the house and property is beautiful, just like the pics. The temperature of the house was perfect even though it was super hot. Communication with the owners was fantastic. Nick was so welcoming and friendly and made sure we had what we needed. The pool table was awesome. The pool was great! Yard is amazing. The home was gorgeous. A very comfortable atmosphere. Accent wall and decor in living room was beautiful. Rooms were great size, beds very comfortable. 3 bathrooms, a plus. Backyard was so relaxing.
