The home is centrally located near: *11 miles to downtown Palm Springs *23 miles to Pioneertown *26 miles to Joshua Tree ENTERTAINMENT: *1 Smart TVs (Living Room) *Youtube TV on all Tv’s *Sound bar connected with living room TV *Board games *Surprise Room KITCHEN AND DINING: *Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, Stove, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Dishes Utensils, Cooking Basics *Espresso Machine and 12-Cup Coffee Brewer *Indoor dining table seats 8 + 4 at kitchen island *Outdoor table can seat 6 UTILITIES: *Central Heating and A/C *Washer and Dryer *EV/Electric Charger POOL & SPA FACILITIES: *Private Pool and Spa *We ask for a 24 hour notice on pool heat requests, as we heat the pool the evening before your arrival to ensure the desired temperature is reached upon your arrival. *Pool will not be heated in the Summer months *Pets are not allowed in the pool as pet hair clogs the filters. *Hot Tub will be Heated at $35 fee per day. Please provide us with a courtesy notice before using takes 45 min to heat up. *Pool will be heated for a $100 fee per day with 24 hours in advance notice. OUTDOOR FEATURES: *Gas BBQ *Gas fire pit with seating for 4 *Pool and spa *Property has Mountain Views Bathrooms: The primary bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, and other bathroom is located between the other bedrooms. Floor Mattress and Roller Bed available upon request, prior to check-in. PARKING: Spots available: 4 cars Description of parking: Garage, Driveway EARLY CHECK IN/LATE OUT: If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate. All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: It can be very windy in the area, umbrellas MUST be closed when not in use or when windy. If umbrellas are broken due to wind damage, guests will be charged a replacement fee. The pool can get dirty we have a few items next to home for cleaning need by if you find debris from desert weather. The pool is not very deep and is not meant for diving. Please, watch your children closely in the pool, and swim at your own risk. Never let children unattended in the pool area. PETS: We are pet-friendly! Prior pet approval is required. Please reach out. Pet deposit is $200, $50 goes towards pet’s stay for the first pet, $25 thereafter. The rest of the deposit is refunded assuming there are no damages upon check out. Thank you. NOISE: Riverside County quiet hours are between the hours of 10 PM and 7 AM. PARKING: Renters and their guests should park on the driveway or directly in front of the property. TRASH: Trash and refuse shall not be stored within public view except in proper containers for collection. TRASH bins located on side of home. Guest access The entire property. Stayed at the house over Memorial Day weekend 2023 and it was amazing. The inside of the house was fully stocked and the beds were super comfortable. Pillows were great too! Outside area was a dream and I’m sad I’m no longer there! Maria was an amazing host and made the whole process a breeze. Everything was clean and organized. I highly recommend this listing to everyone. My group of friends and I can’t wait to come back next year.

Had a fun time in this relaxing home. Great layout with bedrooms and overall home. Larger than it looks in the pictures. Also the neighborhood is quiet and secluded, which was nice. Thank you to Maria for being a great host and available anytime. We appreciated it.

The house was beautiful! It had everything necessary to eat in. The outdoor area was everything we could have asked for and then some. Maria was very responsive with turning on and off the hot tub. Great stay.

Probably one of the best VRBO's we've ever stayed at, so we're talking out of ~30 homes we've stayed at over the years. Maria was easy to get a hold of and super quick to respond. The place was clean, comfortable beds, it had everything you would want (no detail forgotten). Towels, soap, sponges, BBQ grill utensils, plates, even beer glasses. I'm big on coffee in the morning, the coffee maker was very nice and they had filters. I appreciated truly being able to drop my bags and relax. Other places we have to go to the grocery store and stock up on all the little things missing. We loved the backyard, the jacuzzi was great and the BBQ is top notch... very clean and well maintained. Incredible property to chill out in if visiting the Palm Springs area.

Highly recommend, house was very nice clean and had everything we needed! Great backyard, used fire pit, grill, hot tub and heated pool! And host Maria was easy to work with and in contact at all times if needed! Definitely rent this house again!

Great stay! The weather was a little soggy over New Years, so the hot tub was a real bonus. Every night we would recuperate in the jets after our daily adventures. Desert Hot Springs is is a nice "middle" location, with Palm Springs to the south, and the Joshua Tree to the north. The house is brand new, and very nicely appointed. The hosts were wonderful and very quick to respond to every request. We're already looking forward to next visit!

Maria and Bob's house is absolutely stunning. It's a brand new house with modern decoration and style. Maria also knows how to party and the house is equipped with all the kitchen and beverage tools you can think of. My family had a great time there. One minor suggestion: it would be great to have an instruction manual for guests to set pool and hot tub temp. But I didn't have any issue as I was able to reach out to Maria directly. She was always able to adjust the temperature for us remotely.
