Absolutely perfect. 4 adult couples hitting the local jeep trails. Great place to clean up, watch the sunset with a cocktail then off to town for dinner. Should have stayed at the house, grilled and hung out on the perfect patio. We will be back!!

We really enjoyed staying at this house. The views are fantastic, from any part of the huge patio. The property was fun to explore, seeing many birds and small wildlife and also four javelina that wondered through the yard. The house was very comfortable to "hang out" in. The communication with Paula, the host, was excellent.

Not enough stars to give. Paula made it super easy to contact even though we didn’t need to. Super organized. Super clean! She had a binder of local stuff to do, coffee, restaurants. Great location. Simply amazing!!! Perfect for family and friends. Definitely will use again! I wish she ran VRBO!

This home is high on a hill with amazing views. You are still only a couple of minutes to the city's plaza though, which was decorated beautifully for the holidays. The house was too, with a tree with lights that we loved having on at night. Paula was a pleasure to work with and even let us stay past checkout with no charge. We will be back!

Breath taking views from every window in the house! Just stunning! House is very clean, welcoming - and accommodating ... we had everything we could ask for or need. I was impressed with the extra touches - welcome basket, handwritten thank you note, text messages, and instructions to the tee. The house is full of things to do in Prescott (books, maps, facts ect.) The patio outside makes you never want to leave. The beds are super comfortable - bathrooms has extra toiletries. I rent vacation homes a lot and this was at the top of the list ... you won't be disappointed!

My family and I decided to get out of town for a long weekend and we happened upon this property. The property is located close enough to town and just a short drive to outdoor activities. The property manager, Paula, was very attentive and the property was very clean. The views were outstanding. We will definitely be going back.

Great place! Property has a great location with excellent views and quick access to many of Prescott's attractions. Property was spacious, clean, and reasonably well stocked with necessary supplies and equipment for a stay. Check in/out was simple and property was as depicted online. Excellent wireless connection, various games, movies, etc. were all available in house. Really enjoyed our stay and will likely be back.
