This newly constructed home (2019) offers four bedrooms (plus a loft), five bathrooms, and 2,450 square feet of living space that you'll enjoy with beautiful views of Pacific Beach. This three-level home in North Pacific Beach sits only blocks from the sand in an area known for its swimming, sunbathing, shopping, and dining. Highlighting this property is a fantastic rooftop deck, complete with a private hot tub, an outdoor fireplace, luxurious patio furniture, and sweeping views of Pacific Beach. Inside, the living room can be found on the ground floor, offering a cozy blue sectional topped with white throw pillows, a modern coffee table, and a large TV. There's also a fireplace for added comfort, a rocking chair and modern artwork. Because the home was designed to make transitions between indoor and outdoor living seamless, the living room opens to an exterior patio with an eight-seat dining table. The fully equipped, ground-floor kitchen features sleek white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of counter space for meal preparation. When it’s time to turn in, you'll find the primary suite on the second floor alongside bedrooms three and four. The second guest room is on the ground floor. While all of the bedrooms are welcoming, the primary suite is particularly appealing with its king bed, walk-in closet, private balcony, and en suite bath. Additional highlights of this home include free WiFi and a sauna and workout area. North Pacific Beach stretches for over a mile from Crystal Pier to Tourmaline. It's a calm area with lifeguard-supervised swimming spots and facilities at the ends of Law and Diamond Streets. Restaurants and shops are concentrated on Turquoise Street, three blocks north of this home, and along Cass Street, half a block to the east. Palisades Park is also just a few blocks away. Things to know The garage is undergoing construction until June 1st, 2024. Street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis during this time. The third-floor bedroom is lofted; there is no door in the stairwell from the second level to the third level No pets and no smoking allowed on the premises (this includes outdoor areas) Parties are strictly prohibited This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, pets, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home. This property is managed by Vacasa Seasonal, Inc. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. This is a lovely home. Accurately represented. We would stay there again. Oddly though, there is a barrel sauna in the garage along with a set of gym equipment and weights. Takes up half the garage. Parking is difficult in this area, so having access to that side of the garage would be great. With a large four bedroom home, You'd likely have more than one car in a group.

The house is comfortable, spacious and on a quiet street. There should be some more maintenance monthly checks for cleaning for the grease on oven and stove top crumb catcher in the stove. The cabinets were clean except for some crumbs. The doors by some handles needed a wipe down. These are small things but make a stay feel more fresh and clean. The area is lovely although some stores will not have public restrooms so keep that in mind when traveling. They had lots of blankets and pillows to stay cozy and comfortable ad the weather was colder in decemeber. The fireplaces were a major plus.

This house is as advertised. Great location, spacious, good hang out areas, bathrooms for everybody, big kitchen. The listing didn’t mention AC but the house has it and we were glad for it. Communication was good. No overall problems. A few minor things that would make it better at this price range: kitchen was not well stocked for cooking, there was not much in the way of kitchen towels or paper towels. Propane for front patio fire table was empty. The beds were not very comfortable - very very soft. None of these things diminished our fun. Overall great property.

835 opal had plenty of space and amenities for our stay. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We used the hot tub and sauna and the location can't be beat.

House was clean and in a perfect location. Walked to many restaurant and shops as well as the ocean. Only recommendation would be dressers in all bedrooms and in bedroom downstairs an armoire would be good since there is no closet. Would absolutely stay again!!!

Great house for the family or large group

Great home for a group. Nicely appointed, nice bathrooms. Great location- close to beach, and walking distance to cafe, restaurants, grocery. Very comfortable and clean. Beds are new, but very soft. If you need a firm mattress, you might not be comfortable here.

Great location and area, unfortunately weather didn't allow us to enjoy the outside space but it looks great. I found limited "downsides" to this property - only that the downstairs "master" bedroom had no mirror and no wardrobe! As this bedroom does not have an ensuite, a mirror would be very helpful! there's plenty of room for both items so would be an easy addition to make a more comfortable stay.

This home was an awesome spot to house our team on our company retreat. There are great shared spaces (including the rooftop for sunsets and the backyard for BBQs). It was also well-equipped with beach gear and is in short walking distance of several nice restaurants and cafes. The property managers made us feel well taken care of. Excellent all around!
