Great location to the train station and trails. A/C worked well even in the summer heat. WiFi worked well. No real view from our room but it was great for a short stay. Very quiet town.
No view. Very quiet town after 10:00pm. The local train stops at 11:30pm making it difficult to go to other more lively towns for dinner and drinks. But we knew this in advance.

My friend and I had a three nights stay at the residence. The location is good, very near to Vernazza train station. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom shower was good. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the residence.
There were some cobwebs beneath the table.

Clean bathroom, newly renovated

They clean the room over the day
Too noisy to get a good rest (noisy fridge, some constant water pipes noise and electricity (?) generator noise
They don't clean the cups over the day although it's impossible to wash them by yourself since there is no kitchen
The hairdryer is a joke
The luggage storage is a separate service if 3eur per small bag and they keep it only until 3pm
I understand that a big part of the price is due the location but overall too many inconveniences regarding the public transport disruptions and lack of proper luggage storage (not host's fault, just a personal conclusion) so I don't think it was worth the money
