This place is located very close to the train station. We were able to walk fairly easily to the unit and it is located very centrally in Vernazza.
I'm going to say this but we experienced this to be an issue almost everywhere we stayed in Northern Italy. The stairs. Expect steep stairs with narrow treads. We had 2 rooms booked which were located on 2 separate floors. We had 3 bags which prove a little challenging. It wasn't the worse we saw in Italy but in Vernazza you sort of have to expect this issue almost everywhere you stay because of the location of the village. I think for me the most frustrating issue was not having an adequate, powerful enough hairdryer. They had a set up on the wall with a hairdryer that had no power in it at all and the worst for me was when it came to the evening and you want to look half decent and I couldn't feel half decent because the hairdryer was not usable. Please buy a hairdryer that has some power and is not attached to the wall. Also bring your own beach towels . Breakfast was okay - nothing spectacular but did the job. Don't expect anything from the owners of the unit. No follow up..no 'how's the unit?'...they just take you to the unit and that's about it. The AC in the room on the 1st floor isn't great and the way the splitter blows cold air doesn't really cool down the bedroom at night.

Location above main via, close to waterfront and train, space in the apartment, breakfast was great at the restaurant nearby and the staff were friendly.
Be aware of the steep entry steps, some noise at night but quietens down quickly and the small kitchen with a large step was a bit tricky when getting hot drinks.

Bad Communication. Waiting outside the building for a long time. No one was there to give us the keys.
They need to be more responsible, providing access to the property.
Breakfast, poor.
