Exceptionally good location in a beautiful village. 100m from train station and less than 100m to the waterfront and main square. Room was comfortable and clean. No air conditioning but did have a fan. The apartment is up four steep flights of internal stairs, which is understandable in this village full of stairs, and was fine for me (thanks to the staff member who carried my large suitcase up tithe room!) but would not suit anyone who can’t manage stairs. Otherwise I would definitely recommend.
The wifi didn’t work the whole time. By the second day I asked if I could use the restaurant wifi and needed to go to the restaurant and sit outside to use which was not ideal.

We had a lovely big and bright room right at the top of a building that opens up onto the main street, so you're right in the middle of Vernazza, however being on the top floor it's surprisingly quiet. We also had a small balcony with seats that looks onto the building across.The hosts run one of the tavernas in the harbour and are very friendly, we had a meal there and I had one of the best seafood spaghetti's ever!
We'd read the warnings about the stairs but were still shocked, we struggled to get our bags up! The top floor ones are almost like ladders, so be warned.

Location is great. They were quick to fix the shower which brokenas soon as we started the water.
They never came to clean the rooms during our 3 days stay. Only dropped towels.
