Great location close to transportation and facilities
The room was comfortable, but the bathroom was very impractical. The shower curtain was about 20 cm too short, which meant the bathroom floor was constantly flooded after every shower. Even though I reported this to the front desk, no action was taken during my stay.

I didn't go for breakfast but I could see the quality and portion was quite good regardless of the price. The location was a bit far from the center of Paris but transportation was quite easy to find and comfortable all across the Paris.

We like that it is newly built. Weather was really hot so air conditioning worked and it was nice. Close by is good Carefour and bakery, but be aware that the shops are closed at sunday.
The attitude of the staff was sometimes quite dismissive and uncomfortable, luggage storage offered to us was basically “put your bags somewhere in the lobby” without any protection or confirmation, but at least there’s the option. When we wanted to pick it up, nobody cared and we could freely take it, which seems quite unsafe.
The location is not very well connected by the public transport, there’s busses and metro but you have to buy separate tickets for both of these for more than 4 euros.
The room was nice, but the bed creaked a lot and didn’t seem very stable. There was also a lot of sounds from the other rooms.
