Instant coffee in room was not good. Extras such as snacks seemed overpriced.

This is an almost brand-new property, and overall it was very quiet, clean, and well maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Alexandria, who kindly helped us with our laundry, which was especially appreciated since we were in the middle of a long trip. Her help made our stay much more comfortable. We also really appreciated that separate sets of clean shower towels and beach towels were generously provided. There was plenty of convenient on-site parking as well, which made things very easy for our family. Aside from the ant and fly issues, the property itself felt very clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was disappointing. There wasn’t much worth eating, and unfortunately, we saw flies sitting on many of the breads and pastries at the buffet. We also had quite a few ants in our room, which definitely needs to be addressed. We requested two additional rollaway beds for our children and were charged €200 per day, for a total of €1,000. We understood that there would be an additional charge, but €1,000 for two rollaway beds felt quite excessive. It left us wondering whether the extra beds really justified that level of cost.

The bed could have been a little more comfortable and bigger.

We liked our room, and the little adjoining terrace stayed in the shade for most of the morning, which was a boon in the stiflingly hot and humid weather. The bed was very comfortable, Breakfast was very good and we liked the pool, which was warm enough to swim in comfortably, but not too warm. The new owners offer a limited lunch selection in the garden which was nice, but prices were high, and any previous references to 'dinner' in the evening, are not presently available.

The location was a bit of a shock, stuck on a country road between Llucmajor and Cala pi. The nearest beach was not pleasant. There were some silly rules about not being allowed to eat your own food in your room, and as someone who struggles with mobility, I found the 2 flights of stairs to our room, challenging, as well as the ones to the breakfast area - again in a slightly different part of the building, up 2 flights of stairs. We found the receptionist on our arrival not very forthcoming when we asked about local restaurants. Some of the loungers in the garden cannot change position from flat, but also we got bitten by the small ants that were sharing the space.
