one staff member delayed our check in and promised a premium view room, however we did not receive a room with a premium view

المكان مره امان غلاطة بورت قدامي كان كله حراسه امنيه ، الفندق تحته بقاله من 8 الصباح مفتوحه
الشيء المعيب اللي فيه صوت الأغاني من الملهى اللي حوله + فيه رجال هو وولده بالطبله حقته طول الليل ، بس ع الساعه 12 يروح
على آخر يومين ريحة بيارات قويه بس من اول فتره الاقامه ماكانت موجوده هذه الريحه

Location was great since it was right on Galata Port
1. The rooms were super dark (no proper light came in from the first room we were in but they switched us to a better one midway after we requested)
2. They are super not flexible even when a complete out of hand emergency led me to reschedule my trip. Even if I had paid non refundable, I've never interacted with a hotel that just blatantly refused to change the dates. I had to rebook everything and pay twice
3. The bathrooms were very old and not maintained with water seeping out of the shower and literally into the room because the drain wasn't working and the shower head was pumping too much water.
4. The food in the rooftop restaurant and room service was mediocre yet over priced
