Great location
The staff were constantly trying to take care xtra money off you for “tips”. On the roof terrace, the drinks waiter insisted I give him 800TL, on top of our drinks bill, even when tips are voluntary.

Breakfast was good with decent choices
Bathroom floor somewhat aged/ stained and missing hairdryer. Room phone appeared to be not working. Closet shelving fell off since a holding peg was missing.

Very clean rooms. Breakfast was excellent and the staff serving breakfast were superb. The hotel is centrally located and is beautifully designed combining old world charm with all modern amenities
The rooms are a little small but it only takes away slightly from their comfort levels. I found Istanbul to be an expensive destination and the hotel though excellent is slightly pricey

Location is super . Staff also very helpful. Never had breakfast so cannot comment.
The beds mattresses need to be replaced! The bathroom was rather cold. Inability to get a doctor on a Friday early evening. ( had to get a medical services number from another hotel ( The Peninsula)!
