I liked everything about this hotel. In my opinion it is exceptional. It is located in a very central area, within walking distance to the tourist attractions and to restaurants and bars. The rooms are very cosy and clean, the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast has a wide variety to choose from. The indoor pool is a huge plus because you can have a swim after a day out exploring the city, Staff is very helpful and always greet you with a smile. The guests at this hotel feel very much appreciated and respected. I will surely stay at this hotel if I visit Istanbul again. A special thanks to Beste Dundar who was very helpful and assisted me in the best way possible. Thank you so much! :)

The hotel is modern, well maintained, and in a great location. The rooms are comfortable, stylish, and well equipped. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options to choose from. We will definitely stay there again.
The corridor had a strange smell

Staff went above and beyond to ensure a quality stay. Literally walked me to the subway station to help me get where I needed to go. Lovely hotel in a great part of town. Hospitality to the max.
As a heads up, taxis will need to drop off / pick up two blocks away. Cobblestones to get to the hotel. All good, just an FYI.

Location, breakfast is good, good clean room
Someone, I assume from the staff, open the room in the middle of the night, saying: I was showing the room
Then it happened again in the morning
Just lock the door and press Do not disturb
