Location was excellent - relatively quiet (for central Istanbul) but very handy for busy shopping and cafés. Right on the tram line! Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was good but felt a little corporate hotel compared to the lively neighbourhood cafés. Also need more than one coffee machine!

Very nice hotel, great design elements. Friendly and helpful staff, great service. For us this hotel offered everything we needed with our family. Good food and drinks quality - would stay again!

Coktails were absolutely amazing thanks to a brillant young Barman
Several SPA equipment were out of order for several days.
The rooms facing the streets are very badly equipped in terms of soundproof.
The noise in the main hall impact drastically the rooms of the first floor.
Despite very nice people and fully dedicated, there is some lack of clarity about the deposit amount value which is very high compared to the cost of stay.
